Discount Tire, Vista CA

Little bit over a year ago I bought for Phantom AP tires from Discount Tire store so far I've had the right rear tire blow out the whole center of the tire and less than a month later the left rear tire blew out also but this time through the steel belt. I asked Discount Tire to please replace the front two also before they blow out they refused they said once a tire blows out then they will replace it. I'm worried that the Phantom AP tires are defective tires and so they are putting my life in jeopardy yet I can't afford to replace the tires with good tires right now because I was recently laid off. So I'm having to continue to drive on two tires did I know might be defective. Discount Tire store didn't seem to care at all about that. The next time I replace my tires and can afford new tires it will definitely not ever again be a discount tire store. But for now I'm stuck with having to use them due to the 60000 mile warranty on these tires. Itsfunneh Discount Tire Warehouse also has discontinued to the use of phantom AP tires they don't have them in stock nor can they get them so I think that they also know the tires were defective if probably had plenty of trouble with the Phantom AP tires. I think for good customer the paid almost $100 a tire they should at least replace them with good tires and keep up the name of their store as being a good store and not a store that doesn't care!

This location I've been to about 3 times since moving here the first of the year. WOW! These guys are truly professional, knowledgeable and customer focused.to say the least! I wished they did other "repairs" on cars because I would trust them with my car for absolutely ANYTHING! I wasn't made to feel like a "cheapy" because I could only buy one tire at a time (after tire consulting). (BTW, I knew they were telling me the truth re: tire level of safety). I have received a couple of "no charges" when I brought the vehicle in for air, etc. Trust is the big kudo's I give to this location.w/o missing the knowledge and professional aspect. Bottom line: you can TRUST your car in their hands! Not kidding!

Great customer service I did wait for like 2 hrs but I get it they are busy so that shouldn't let it affect my review and that should be expected of a good place

Even though they were really busy this morning and I didn’t have an appointment, they check my tire, found the problem and fixed everything in under an hour. I will definitely be coming back here for anything tire related.

As long as I have owned a car I have been using Discount tire stores. They are fast, friendly, and never try to sell me something I don't need. I had bought a used car a few years ago and got a flat tire, they fixed it for free, even though the tires on my car came with the car and were not bought from them. So of course when my car needed new tires I went to Discount. I am a customer for life!

Its ok in the morning, avoid it after lunch time, u will WAIT FOREVER JUST TO FIX A FLAT. THATS WITH A FULL STAFF ON HAND.

Ordered 4 tires online and have it installed in this location. It was a smooth and quick process. It took like 2 hrs or less, from removing the old ones to installing the new ones. Very satisfied with Juan and David's service at the front desk.

Went in with an unexpected flat tire had too wait 2 hours for my car. Maybe get quicker employees who aren't talking so much and get long time customers in and out quicker. Always other options in the future!

In and out in less than 20 minutes. Made my appointment online last night. Best time to go early in the day on a Wednesday!

This was my first time doing business with Discount Tire and I can say that I will never again return to Discount Tire. I went to go buy tires for my truck. Everything seemed to go well at first. When we left the truck with them we specifically told them not to load the spare tire back on the winch but they did it anyway. When we came back for our truck they side that the winch was broken but when I left the truck there it was perfectly fine. We told them if they could do anything to fix their mistake but they denied breaking it. We decided to call their headquarters thinking they would try to fix the problem but all they said was that the store manager would get to us. It's been about a month and we have not heard from anyone. Now I have to waste more of my money to get it fixed.

The wait was longer then expected, as usual Discount Tire can always keep me informed of the situation, making my wait worth while. Omar, Juan, another gentleman whom I was helped by, didn't catch his name we was incredibly helpful sincere. Thanks for the great service, we are long time customers.

There work was not proffesional whatsoever everthing seem to go well in the beginning bit the end work was sloppy I found staing all around my car and I told them to change the spare but that was a mistake they ended up breaking the winch.

I used to go here for all my tires. Not anymore! Ordered tires and was told they would be in and they got sent to the wrong store. When they finally got the tires they rushed me truck through. 2 days later I noticed 3 of my 4 center caps were missing on my truck (having driven only 24 miles). Went back in and showed them the issue and that the 4th one still on the truck was on wrong but still somehow attached. They told me it was my fault for not checking that the caps were installed correctly and they wouldn't fix the issue.take it to Discount tire and now have missing caps. Cost me 249 to replace the caps at the GMC dealer. If for some reason you go here I would double check your center/hubcaps before leaving and check lug nuts. Shotty work.
