Had a flat. Came in right before closing and let them know I was on my way out of state. They expedited the repair and I was on my way! They didn't want me leaving town without a good spare any more than I did. Very professional as well.

People… best advice…

1.always purchase the road hazard tire warranty.
2.make your appt online as soon as u know u need to get in. It never hurts to show up an hour early for your appt. They can still get u checked in (know the process there’s a good reason why they are always busy. They are tire specialists here.)
3.call ahead in case the need to order the tire from a local warehouse or other shop. They usually can have the tire there same day or up to 3 days depending on your tire.

4. Spend the extra money for the tire that has at least a 50k factory mileage warranty

Discount Tires' sales and service has been impressive. Not only good prices and service up front, but they follow up to remind you and offer free tire checks during the life of your tires. I recently stopped in to check my inflation and discovered I had a nail in one of my tires, which they then repaired, for free. I definitely recommend them to friends.

The service was great and the person who talked to me was very nice! The only problem was it took a lot of time to get my tire replaced

Best experience buying tires I've ever had. I strongly recommend using the online purchase process and making an appointment which really does expedite service when you arrive. I felt like I was getting VIP treatment.

I came here June 10th 2022 and something I like about this chain is that they do free tire rotations and balancing and free air fills and if you make an appointment like I did today on a Friday between 12: 00 and 2: 00 p.m, it only took me 15 minutes to wait once I checked in and gave them all my info.so my car was ready after those 15 minutes

I always choose discount for my tires. They offer free tire rotation and tire pressure checks. I appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment online and check in when you arrive. I had a frustrating experience today though. I arrived for my appointment to have a tire fixed (nail) and tires rotated. I have a new car with OEM tires but I purchased a tire warranty 2 years ago when I had a flat tire. The person checked me in and told me I don't have the warranty (it's not saved with my vehicle, name or phone number). Therefore, they would have to charge if there was something more wrong with the tire but the rotation is free. I told the guy I paid $100 for the warranty, I'm certain. Again, I was told it's not the system and received major attitude. We walked to the car to finish the check in at which point I found my receipt (thank goodness) which confirmed my warranty purchase. The guy scoffed and told me it didn't matter because my tread is low and my tires need to be changed anyway. I really didn't appreciate the attitude and the lack of acknowledgement of his/the companies mistake for not saving my warranty info. This is my second unfortunate incident in this specific location, the last one being a price match issue which was fixed by corporate. I will not return and will go to convoy or PB locations despite the further drive. Those 2 locations are always friendly.

I came in w a flat last min today at 430pm, & even w no appt I was in & out in only like an hour.

If you are lucky enough to get Robert the manager you are in for a real treat. He’s got to be the most genuine person I have ever met. Straight up, quality old school service you just don’t see anymore. Not only does he have a superior rapport with both clients and employees, he delivers. He promised me a tire by 9 AM and he called at 8 to let me know it was ready. Plus he cut me a really sweet deal that solved my tire safety issue and took the sting out of my transaction with the previous tire shop. He got me in and out before I even finished checking my email! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I stopped to have the air in my tires checked. Caleb was the employee in this area. He was very friendly, courteous and full of helpful tips. Caleb was very knowledgeable and passed on a lot of good suggestions. A great experience.

Good service, nice people. Can be a little long for a wait if theres a line but the quality is pretty darn good, they've fixed up my family's tires quite a few times so I can always trust them to do a good job for a decent price.

They are so quick! They are always busy, but if you look into the shop the guys always have a pep in their step and they are getting cars in and out so quickly. Make an appointment for faster service. Brandon is the man! He is so kind and helpful. I would recommend him to everyone coming in.
