Representatives were nice. Good guys. The mechanic took care in mounting my wheels back onto my vehicle and checked torque on all the wheels. Here is the Problem and it's a big one. Every Single vehicle has a specific jack mounting points for all sides. This is where the cars frame is designed and engineered to hold the weight. They jacked up a 4,600LBS vehicle with a universal jack right under the doors. This is a week point and the car was not engineered to hold the weight there. It bent the rail under the door. This is the disappointing part, I clearly asked my representative two times "you know where the jacking points are correct? " He says yes the mechanics know. Im disappointed as the vehicle has been worked on by my family since new off the lot and has been in perfect condition since. This could of seriously damaged the frame. The car's rail is a very important and non fixable part of the vehicle. That's why it is important you jack your vehicle correctly in the engineered spots. I thought they would have been good as the neighborhood has $300,000 plus cars they work on and they are quite often working on them. I am trying to get refund and seek contact.

Patrick, the manager is extremely rude unless you are buying tires on a high-end vehicle. I went in, mid-day to get a tire repaired. He said I would have to leave the car and pick it up next day sometime. He said to make an appointment and leave it for 3.5 hours. This guy is extremely rude. These guys do what they can to avoid fixing the tires they sold. I bought my first set of tires from them in 1978 and have done so ever since, including may parents, wife and children. I WILL NEVER DO BUISINESS WITH DISCOUNT TIRE EVER AGAIN and neither will my family and friends. I gave this review one star because there was no zero star option.

Exceptional service! One tire on my car was gradually losing pressure. They’ve identified the problem (screw in the tire) and I was ready to go in less than 1 hour (I barely finished my coffee in the Starbucks nearby).

The final bill was $0.00! Unbelievable. From now on I will only work with Discount Tire.

I have been a long time discount tire customer. And until today, I was a big fan. Today I arrived for my appt at discount tire, that I made last week due to a problem with one tire/tps sensor indicating a low pressure issue 30 seconds into my conversation with the sales person, he was sending me off to the dealership because he determined he could not make a tire sale and the work was going to be to fix a bad schrader-valve or tps sensor. When we bought the tires we paid extra fees for tps sensor and new shader valves, but they can't be bothered to maintain faulty units. I am so disappointed, and they wonder why brick and mortar tire stores are struggling, it's all about the service. Inexpensive tires gets us in the door, but the service is what keeps us coming back. That's probably the last time I go to discount!

I have brand new car. I just bought it from Lexus a week prior to having a flat and they put all new week locks on it than. We when I picked my wheel lock up from Discount Tire it was not only missing the lock. The stud was also missing. Instead of asking me for the lock they decided to break the stud. They never took responsibility for it or offered to repair the damage.

I purchased 4 Bridgestone run flats for my 2017 kia Niro. All 4 tires had a manufacture date of 8 YEARS AGO! I got a flat tire I month after purchase. Check your manufacture date when you purchase tires, because they won’t do it for you. They will try and pull one over on you. Luckily I was going 35, but I was in a canyon and had my son. A month later all the tires were on back order.

I've purchased my tires from Dicount for many years always fair priced, helpful, quick as possible. You can make appointments also.

Holy $hit! WHO does THIS anymore? Came in as soon as my car's TPMS registered a low tire pressure and I confirmed the nail in center tread of the 2k mile new tires on my 2k mile new car. Patrick and the team set me up (without an appointment!) and took care of the nail pull/plug inside of an hour. FOR FREE? ! Seriously, I now will not go anywhere else when it comes time to replace my tires. I don't care if I can find a service (or tire) cheaper elsewhere, THIS is exactly what distinguishes the best customer experience from the also-rans. Great stuff, Discount Tire!

The absolute worst tire service!
This is by far the worst I've ever been to. They damage my wheels lousy service.
Seriously, find another tire store, this will cost more than is worth.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Their popularity means they are often overbooked or unable to complete same day service and or repairs. Call ahead or make an appointment to ensure you aren't turned away.

Worst place ever, incompetent, arrogant, liars. They will make up services you don’t need and charge you for it and there is nothing you can do. Planning to sue them and file a complaint with BBB

My tire had a puncture after driving by some construction, and Discount Tire's complimentary tire patching service was super easy! They repaired my tire for free, I was able to pick it up right after work, and everyone there was really nice!
