We couldn’t help but to quickly write a five star review! We had a hole in our trailer tire from a screw and no other tire place would touch it. For some reason trailer tires are different? Anyway, discount tire texted in one hour! They plugged it up, and texted when they had it done. He didn’t even charge for repairing it.

Very polite and informative and patient staff. They took the time to go through the different options that I could choose from and explained the difference between them. Throughout the years I have purchased many tires in different states and I have to say this particular site was the BEST

Rancho San Diego discount tire is far and above the best location in San Diego. The employees are all on top of their jobs and you get a sense of them really wanting you to be a repeat customer. I appreciate that aspect being a former business owner. I live in Ramona and make the trip down here because customer service should he rewarded with loyalty

After noticing some excessively wear on one of my tires, I came by Discount Tire since I originally purchased them 5 years ago from another DT location. As expected, the warranty had expired but they were able to get me a great deal on two new tires and get them installed in less than an hour.

I pleased with the service I received, the amount of time it took to get my tires replaced, the deal I got, and the customer care team’s commitment to making sure I was kept informed of the process along the way.

For comparison, I originally noticed the excessive wear after hitting a pothole on my way to Costco. I waited almost 30 minutes in line at Costco Tire Center to speak with a technician and was told that the wait would be in excess of 4 hours.

Excellent! Made an Appt.went in and they took care of me right away. Thanks Discount Tires - running smooth now.

The team at the Rancho San Diego location has taken really great care of me several times. Most recently Michelin shipped the incorrect rear tire for my Tesla Model S Plaid, my current rear was unrepairable. Knowing I had a road trip to Las Vegas coming up this week Discount Tire mounted the tire Michelin shipped which had the same tread pattern and size (incorrect compound, no foam inserts which cut down on noise significantly and no Bluetooth heat sensors for track days) so that I could continue on my vacation and they said not to worry as they would work with Michelin to ensure the right tire got shipped as soon as it was available and they would swap it to the correct tire at no charge.

This was a stand-up move from the team at Rancho San Diego I give a lot of credit to Antonio who made the call and want to make sure Discount Tire corporate sees what a great job this team does on the ground at this store.

Brought my truck in to have the wheels balanced and install new oem tpms sensors. They weren’t able to get my tpms sensors to work and said all four of my motor craft sensors could be faulty. Bought a $26 dollar motorcraft tpms relearn tool on Amazon and did it myself in 20 minutes. Only reason I give 2 stars is for the polite service. I would of went somewhere else to begin with if I would of known they couldn’t handle the programming.

Best price on my tires. Dropped my car off. Took a walk around the trail, through the golf course and back to get my car.

Don’t go in the morning because they might have a truck unloading and no space for you to park or even to pull in to get air.

Once again I can always rely on Discount Tire! Got a screw in my tire took it in and no problem they patched it. No charge. I have a new car but when it's time for tires I will definitely be coming here to get them as I have for the past 20 years!

Absolutely outstanding service! Called from the airport to buy tires for my son's car, talked to Ceasar. My son dropped his car off then walked to work. Ceasar called to let me know the car was ready, told him the kid wasnt off till 8pm and I was now out of state. Ceasar said "no problem", took the keys to my son at work! That's taking care of a customer! Thank you!

Went to put new tires on my truck and specifically told the guy that helped me and another associate when i was leaving. Put the white lettering on the outside not the inside. And yup came back couple hours later saw my truck ready for pickup. The lettering was inside. So naturally i was upset.cause that's gonna take a hour or more to change them. And i needed that those 2 hours it took to do that. And they lost one of my center caps. They said they would replace it and give me a call they never called me. So i 86 them and go elsewhere. But everybody's experience is different but I know where I'm not going anymore.

These guys are always spot on, we have been here multiple times over the yrs and have always had great service along with competitive prices.today Cezar was my rep.thanks guys

Amazing service: FOC flat tire fixing up to 5times even if your tires were not from them, FOC air for low air tires, quick and friendly customer service!
