Had a screw in the tire and they got me taken care of in a timely manner considering how busy it was. Nothing beats a free patch!

I only go to this location because I have always had a positive experience. I’ve been going here for about seven years, and the sales people are always super nice and helpful and always try to get me the best price. I used to call around and check prices, but I don’t anymore because discount tire is always the best price around. And a big bonus, they are honest and don’t try to rip you off

This discount tire saved my day! I was passing Massachusetts and ran over something hard. By the time I reached College, my tire was completely flat and I barely made it there. They were pretty busy and told me the wait could be up to 2 hrs! I use my car for work and it's how I make money, so losing 2 hrs was stressing me out. I think the sales associate You-Key could see the stress on my face and hear it in my voice so he said they would do what they could to speed it up. 30 minutes later, I was back on the road!

Friendly staff, and they were very informative, but they gave the impression they were more about sales, than about customer well being. What was supposed to have been fixed turned out to be the same problem the next day.

Made an appointment online a few days before but unfortunately did not get a confirmation email. Made a second another appointment online for different time just to be on the safe side. I arrived 15 minutes early and Jesse helped me out. Explained the appointment situation and he was able to find it in the system. Purchased 4 new tires for my car and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and would recommend coming here. This was my first experience at this location too.

I just went in for a tire pressure check. Was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and smiles.

Yoshi was definitely great with customer communication. I knew what I wanted. He didn't try to hackle me in anyway for a different tire. He was straight forward and honest. The techs that worked on my car were exceptional as well. I definitely would recommend this location.

Everything went great! The job was done early. The people were super cool! Set everything up online for the 'cherry on top' service experience.

For not having an appointment the team at this location went above and beyond to take care of me in a timely manner. Nathan was extremely helpful and the service was top notch. Total time for not having an appointment was a little less then 2 hours.

They have always come thru for me.a nail in my daughter's brand new car, off lot 1 wk ago, and no problem they repaired@no charge. These guys were magical.very nice and there to please and do what it takes to satisfy their customers

LOVE getting air added into the tires of my Can Am Spyder here. ALL of the gentlemen are courteous, friendly and provide EXCELLENT customer service. HIGHLY recommend this location and the personnel.

This place is scam. Bought tires a few years ago, take my car for tire rotation and get told I need new tires but with the warranty I can get new tires. Prorated was like $100 bucks total in discount which is nothing, almost came to the same price that I originally purchased the tires. Going to PEP BOYS

I was here 2 days ago for balancing and tire rotation, I only received a rotation.
Long story short I was on the freeway with my car vibrating and bouncing.
I called same day and took the car back, they balanced the front and said to me the numbers were way off, you shouldn't wait so long. The audacity so I told him if they did their job in the a.m I wouldn't be there now and because of what he just said I can't trust the tires in the back were done either so do those as well.
Definitely not my 1st time there but will be my last.

Today was slower business wise for them, which meant Faster service for Me! 2 new tires in about 15 minutes. A bit disappointed they were out of the windshield wipers (after he did so well Upselling them), but Great Customer service and speed. And of course they have the best Warranty!

I would like to commend the sales and service people at Discount Tire. They quickly found me an affordable option for replacing all 4 tires which were in bad shape and had me out the door with brand new tires in about 45 mins. They offer a Veteran Discount and were extremely personable and friendly. If you are in need of tires and want a affordable options with friendly service, this is your place!

Jesse is the best! Our tire nearly blew out on the freeway near this shop. Jesse was helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. This store didn’t have the size tire we needed so he offered to drive over to the other shop and pick it up for us. It was a busy day but they kept us informed and got us out as quickly as they could.

I love how your able to get a free air check and they also tell you of you need to get your tires replaced.

Nate is the absolute best. He was super personable, informative, & exemplifies customer service that brings back repeat customers! This was my first time at this location as I always used to go to La Mesa, but now I feel confident going here instead. They patched my tire for free and finished within 25 minutes! Top notch service. Highly recommended. If Nate isn’t a manager, Corporate oughta put him in the fast-track to be one. Thanks for being super awesome Nate!

I have used this location now more than 20 years, they have always been good to deal with, reasonable in price and fixes my many tires for free, I am going back today for a new set
