Worst service I don't recommend very unprofessional rude full of bs. Ruben and Javier said air ain't for free and if I bought my truck tires at Walmart to go to Walmart to get air in tires. Ruben and Javier very manipulating to buy tires from them discount tires now or they refused to put air in truck tires. Inconsiderate 2 days away from Christmas what heartless unprofessional rude. And manipulating employees you think I'm gonna leave my grandkids without Christmas gifts because you Javier and Ruben want manipulate me to buy new tires, I ask the male customers next to me if he bought his tires there and he said no and the employees didn't refuse to put air on his vehicle Ruben refuse to put air in my truck tires and walk away. Javier said to go to gas station to put air. By the way I pay 70dls for windshield wipers very expensive if you go to auto zone they put wiper for free in my other vehicle. Javier and Ruben lack of knowledge, training worst employee and experience, I don't recommend. Update i can't recommend you especially when the review was posted on rant and rave group social media by my family member all she received by Javier and Ruben fam and friends of discount tires is Harrasment, bully all because of rant post review is sad the employees don't take accountability for bad services and a review was made

Had to replace all 4 tires and was super pleased with my experience. A special thanks to Brennan for the great customer service will definitely be coming back again.

Great customer service, they're super friendly from the moment you walk inside to the moment they deliver your car right outside for you to drive off. However, do not believe their timeframes if you're going without an appointment. Quoted all 4 tires today, they told me it was going to take 1-2 hours to get them installed. Dropped my car off, came back 2 hours later, and my car wasn't even in the shop. As soon as they saw me, they rushed to get it in. Those 1-2 hours they said just to sell me tires, ended up being 3. They were very apologetic, but still.

They coincidentally forgot to tighten my hub caps the 2 times I took it in. Once when I bought 4 tires and rins I lost 1 hubcap within a week and the last time to use the lifetime warranty to rotate and balance my tires Iost 2 that same night. Both times, they also didn't reprogram the tire air pressure readers. When I went back the very next day to tell them I lost 2 of the hubcaps after they did the rotation and balance, Jose j.o. Manager and sales person #891 told me he would order 3 at no cost. I had gone in to get my tires inflated and to get the tire pressure readers reprogram 12-13-22, the short chubby manager tony lopez let me know that the hubcaps had arrive a couple of days earlier, they said they would call when they arrived. Then he told me the total was going to be around $19.95. I told him that the other guy, Jose j.o. Sales person #981, gave me a receipt where it says I the total is $0.00.
I went to my truck to get the receipt to show him. He met me outside the door before I could go in and I showed him the receipt and he said I don't care, I'm his manager and he couldn't do that. So I told him to just give me the 2 cause I wasn't going to get bait and switched/ catfished for them to scam me.
Then I went home and made a complaint to the depth. Of consumers affairs.tony lopez told me his store # was CAS39. I don't think that's the real store # though.

What an exellent service, good armony between the employees, jessy what a nice working guy, exellent work ethic.

Great costumer service. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by one of the employees. I was told immediately it would be a short wait and they would help me as soon as they could. I was a bust day with lots of people but at no point did I feel rushed out ignored. They were awesome.

This is the place quality and prices are the best in town!

I went into America's Tire in El CentroTo get a flat repaired on my vehicle. I was told there was going to be a 90-minute wait. 20 minutes later a gentleman came in that new one of the service writers, (Manny) and went right to the front of the line.he was in and gone before I GOT ON THE RACK!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in and out fast and had very friendly service!

Jose and Jimmy do a fantastic job! Very attentive and respectful, great service, I would not go anywhere else.

Not only was my service quick & courteous, these guys are like detectives when concerning your tires. U can totally tell they enjoy their job, & strive to be the best.

They scratched up my rims pretty damn good. Since my wife was their alone at first they tried to sell her two extra tires for no reason.
