Took car in for new tires, when i picked it up i found that the workers had stolen from my car. Horrible experience.

I ordered tires on-line and was scheduled to have them put on a week after I ordered them. I showed up, no tires. The manager said he called me to reschedule. I checked my phones, no call from them. He was snickering when I told them I was disappointed.

I bought tires from Discount Tires for 24 years for my 8 vehicles. I was unsatisfied with their cavalier attitude and lack of service and attention to detail.

I shop online at Tire Rack, Simple Tire, and Walmart for tires. HALF THE PRICE, and usually, next day delivery.

I gave Discount Tire av2nd chance and the made a fool of me. No more.

Went to get my tire repaired, Adrian & Justin were very professional & understanding. They communicated the whole time with me & were able to get me back on the road in a fast manner. Most businesses in the valley have terrible customer service, they're are the exception! Thank you

Even though they were short handed and very busy they still stuck to my appointment time and had my car done within 15 minutes once they had my car keys in hand. Sometimes speedy work does not equal good work but not in this particular case
Key is to always have an appointment.

Great experience, was planning on paying the full amount for my tires but got offered the store credit card with 5 % off my total and got approved easily through my phone and left to enjoy my day at the snow with my brand new tires and no money down with no interest for 6 months great deal from discount tire highly recommend

Good place to inspect and purchase new tires where they made my warranty effective by giving me a new tire when they found a nail in the tire I had on.
Apart from the good treatment of its staff to customers and speed of service.

I don't know who's running the daycare at this tire shop but they need to get their stuff together

In case you want to be treated unprofessional and disrespectful come to this place. Manager does not have the courtesy to give you an explanation of why is a new light on on your dash. You try to go back to talk to them and they don’t have idea what’s wrong with your car. At the end it’s just their low numbers on sales. Used tire trade in service is a scam, if your car tires have 6 months life on them is not even worth it to have them trade in for probably 5-10 bucks for them. Go to a Walmart, Costco, or etc… instead. Good luck talking to a Manager who does not know professionalism and respect.

We were in town for only one day, and needed to change tires before heading south into Baja. A few days before we arrived, we called to place a special order, and they didn’t even require a deposit. Arrived on a Thursday at 9 AM, and all four tires were in before 10: 15 AM. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for stellar service and an ample tire selection. Kudos to Jimmy and all the kind and knowledgeable staff.

My $400 tires are ruined! Guy gave us an ok deal on a nice set. I asked if they could align the wheels, he said sure we can. After 6 months, front tires have toe and camber wear.

I love that it can track the progress of the service being provided. The wait time was decent not too long. Service reps were awesome and quick to help.
