Sorry guys, I have to say you really biffed it hard on this one. I've never waited 2 hours for a simple oil change nor have I ever been charged $80. Really dropped the ball on a potential repeat customer. You asked

Service is good. The good guys were really competitive but I liked discount tires overall. Got my 4 ski lift tickets, got my new tires, got my oil changed and my alignment checked. My vehicle drives awesome. Thank you for taking care of us.

Bought tires there, very overpriced, went four times to rotate My tires and they were always too busy, to do it, went again today and My tires were too worn out (supposedly), there's quite a bit of tread left, but of course they wanted me to buy more tires, so once again they did not rotate My tires, will never go there again!

No discount about this place, should be called rip-off tire center. Had my front rotors and brakes replaced here for $430. While waiting I reviewed the parts and prices. They charged $132 for for what are $50 rotors at any auto store and $90 for 2 brake pads which cost $30 for 4 pads at any auto store. That's a pretty insulting mark up. I'd advice shopping around unless it's an emergency. Will never return. The staff were very nice I will note.

I'm a 42 yr old female and when it comes to getting things fixed on my car I get extreme anxiety. The service I got at discount tire from John and marina set my anxiety at ease.i would recommend this place cause the treatment I received was excellent. The first time I came here was for a headlight and they fixed it with no charge.this time for brakes and rotors. They were able to help me out with westcreek car credit which I didn't think id qualify for. With my credit being not perfect I was nervous. I was approved (they Dont base it on your credit) I can't thank this company enough

Called to ask for a price quote, was told that what i already know is wrong with my car probably isn't correct and to go in so i "don't get ripped off. " hadn't given him any details about the issue, so he judged it just based off of the sound of my voice.the price quote was cheaper than some other places i've asked, but i won't go here just based off of how condescending the man on the phone was.

My wife took my car to get a simple alignment, they came at me with an estimate of over $3,000 before they would even consider doing an alignment. I said no thanks, paid them for their time and took the estimate and car to my mechanic (he dosen't do alignments, thus DT&S). I came back and my mechanic was disgusted. Over priced parts, double charging for processes, and scare tactics by throwing in a CA proposition here and there. Would the things be necessary for an alignment? Some yes, others no. But my mechanic, doing everything they outlined, charged me $1050, parts, labor, out the door. Beware DT&S high pressure sales tactics, and over pricing! Get a second opinion first! Its like they saw a woman and tried to mechanic talk her into forking out 3 grand.

I was able to get my oil changed in a resonable amount of time on a busy Saturday. The staff was friendly even though they were clearly busy. Marina who was working the front that day was able to get me an afternoon appointment even though it was pretty booked out with few openings. Definitely would take my car back in for it's next service.

Friendly, quick service. Staff are so helpful and were able to get me in and out quickly. Came in without an appointment hoping against hope I could be seen. Luckily the courteous staff was able to fit me in and able to get my tires done.

Took a very long time when they were not even very busy 1hour and a half to check tire for leak and fill air lucky the hobby lobby is next door to waste time in

They took care of the issue of the car that was caused by previous work done on the car free of charge but my husband had to pay for the towing but I do appreciate if honoring the work that was done
