Not the best, definitely could have had better customer service. This guy asked me if I wanted to upgrade and buy a separate thing for my car and I guess he left because an hour later I was sitting there and it hadn’t even noted it. Dropped my car of at 1230 and was told to come back at 430 for pick up. Didn’t get my keys until 6 pm. An hour and half extra past the time the man said my car would be done. I had school work to do but instead I sat in this building all day. Originally only went there for break pads and rotors, ended up buying tires Bc I thought I would be faster than getting two separate services from two different places. I don’t suggest going here to anyone. There were many bad reviews but unfortunately I gave them the Benefit of the doubt. Don’t like hurting peoples business but this was just bad.and expensive. Got taxed.

Came in for a tire leak about 1 month ago and 4 wheel alignment. The Mechanic said the nail in my tire was not an issue. I returned today with the same nail and leak. Really concerned about this organizations commitment to car safety, especially during COVID 19, where unethical behavior has become the American Norm. Will not return for any future services.

First time there and definitely will be back. Nice to have honest mechanics with great customer service. They are safe during this pandemic and don’t try to upswell you. Jairo was a pleasure. Even when they are busy they acknowledge everyone. 5 stars for these guys.

Took 3 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. I asked to keep my old tires, but they tore the sidewall when dismounting them, ruining my old tires. They also under-torqued all the lug bolts, overinflated the front tires, and under inflated the rear tires.

Absolutely loved service even with me missing my appointment by a hour. They weren’t busy that day which was a Wednesday. I got a new battery and a car eval to ensure there wasn’t any other part of the car that was draining my battery. I went out for lunch as they worked on my car and because they weren’t busy they were able to pick me up from the place I had lunch so I could finish the transaction and pick up my car. They were friendly answering the phone and my service was done in a timely manner.

I brought my car in in the morning for two new tires and was told it would take 2 hours. It took six. If I had been told that time from the beginning it would've been fine but because of that all of my plans were off. After hearing them say the same to other customers later in the day I feel like they were just saying whatever necessary to get the customer. I understand needing to run a business but deceiving or delaying the work on my car without notifying me is not acceptable. I've had plenty other shops tell me straight up the length and it has never took more than an extra hour than predicted.

Very professional and helpful. I purchased my tires as part of the buy 2 get 2 free sale that was going on. Originally I had asked for the cheapest and there was no judgement, but I did end up getting the more expensive. Also they did a free brake inspection. Will go back.

I will highly recommend coming to this Discount tires for tires or any service that's needed on your car. The employees here are very nice and knowledgeable. Earnest helped me out with my tires and man I can't tell you how thankful I am for him. I went to a tire shop a day before I came to Discount and they quoted me a range where I was like man but I guess I need these tires. I made an appt for this place to get new tires and do an oil change. I spoke with someone from their sales/call center who was able to quote me $344 for the tires. When I got to the shop, the guy told me it would cost $422. When I told him about the price I was quoted he was able to find my reservation and honored the Price. I left the car at 9am and was told the car should be done in “a couple hours. ” Took way too long and the guy I was working with over the phone said it was done and ready to pick up Around 1pm. I back around 2pm and my car was still not done!

Friendly, informative staff! I made an appointment over the phone and the customer service rep was extremely helpful - I knew how long the service would take, the exact price I would pay, and the specials going on at the time. The day of my appointment went smoothly. I'll definitely be back.

Jairo is the best mechanic there is and is very very knowledgeable on vehicles. He has been helping my family with our cars for many years and always is fair and honest with the prices he can offer for repairs/services. We will always be Discount Tire customers and will follow him whereever he goes.

Front brake pads replaced, a month later BACK PADS AND ROTORS? ! How come u didn’t catch this a month ago? I’m over the price gouging and taking advantage of women. Shame on you!

They were short staffed the day I went in but I was still able to get my car serviced in a decent amount of time and for a good price. No complaints!

I came in because my tire had a slow leak. I was quoted a price and after they replaced a valve stem within 20 minutes I was out the door, paying the exact price I was quoted!
This is a very clean facility and the service was fantastic!
Will absolutely recommend and be back for any tire needs in the future. Great guys!

Great service. Got a flat and a bad tire. Got it done in under 30 minutes. They even checked the alignment.
