I have been pretty disappointed with this location. When you question things, they just give you the run around and start becoming rude. Their prices are higher than everyone else. The prices online are inconsistent. Those are recent experiences. 6 months ago, I brought a tire to them to get repaired, and they said it was unrepairable. We took it to PepBoys down the street and said it was definitely repairable and got it done.
I'm going to stay away from this location from now on.
I recommend you do the same!

They got done so fast! And the prices are lower then all the other places i called better get in fast though cuz so many people go there!

The guys are fantastic! I've always had very positive experiences here. The tires are reasonably priced and good quality. I'm forever grateful I purchased hazard protection for my tires because it has saved me many times over. People who work here are also so friendly. 10/10

Love the service at Discount Tire Center! They're knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and they make getting my tires/alignment serviced as easy as possible.

Friendly and great service! They had us back on the road in no time! We are from out of state so we were especially grateful for their kindness and good patch work on the rental tire.

Tony was very helpful addressing my concerns. Provided flat repair at no cost. Technicians are helpful. Location has restroom and waiting area. McD across the street for a coffee so the small wait was not an issue. Thanks!

The diagnosis to the funny noise was spot on. The fix was done the same day. Tony and his crew did a fantastic job. No more funny front suspension noise while driving!

The shop was great! But their site says they open at 8 when really they open at 8: 30. Why does the site allow for me to make 8AM appointments?

I showed up by "accident" and I couldn't be happier! Not only were they able to schedule my long over due maintenance on my car, but they finished ahead of time! The service was great! Let's face it a woman showing up at the wrong place can be an easy target! But that was not the case! I felt good about leaving my car in their hands and highly recommend them. The price was also very good, unfortunately they don't take tips which I believe they earn them! Absolutely genuine customer service

Showed up on a Sunday morning at 9: 05 with a screw in my tire, check in took over 40 minutes. Total time to patch a tire was 3 hr 10 minutes. They do quality work but can't help but notice how under staffed they were. Oscar who checked me in couldn't have been more patient with an endless line.

Ordered some tires from SimpleTire online and had them shipped here. When they arrived I set an appointment for a few days later. Dropped off my FJ Cruiser and got a call about two hours later to pick it up. Staff was professional and my tires haven’t fallen off so it’s all good.

Was quoted $300 for filter replacement, tire rotation and oil change by Community Chevrolet! I went to these guys and they said my filters were like new! They only charged me $58 tax included for an oil change and tire rotation! I will be using them for servicing here on out!

I went there to get new tires, the had an offer buy two & get two for free which was great, but only on selecf brands.i also got insurance for the tires that i bought which cover flat tires

Fast service and called 3 other tire centers. Discount beat one by$500 and the other by $250. More money in my wife’s pocket lol.

Great experience altogether, excellent service, got just what I needed done didn't even take that long! Would definitely come here again.

I ended up choosing this location after extensive research and talking with many other auto repair shops in Burbank. I'll tell you right now to look no further. From the customer service, wait times, quality and cost.nothing else comes even close. I initially went to a different shop where they were willing to charge me almost 2 thousand dollars on routine maintenance (didn't need most of it) 4 tires, and ball joint replacement. I got my oil changed and tires replaced for quarter of that! I'm so happy to find this gem!
