I purchased a hand held vaccum cleaner from them. It was DOA out if the box. I paid $64 for it. To get reimbursed I was required to send it back which was no problem except for one small detail. I had to pay $26 to send it back.
Run away as fast as you can from this retailer. They have bad ethics when it comes to business practice.

They lied about not getting the returned item. The item was returned certified mail with their signature, Do Not Trust these sub humans.

Discounts Jungle sells on Amazon. Plus Size Shoppers BEWARE! You search for a pair of plus size Jeans, you find one. If you are like me I buy a size bigger than what I wear because I like extremely comfortable clothing. The problem is you buy without knowing the brand or who the seller is. They sell a brand called Joan & David but not knowing the brand I have now made my 4th purchase and it is this brabd, bought one size up and none of them go far beyond my hips, and the absolutely refuse to send prepaid labels. The Jeans look great, but These jeans are Juniors being sold as Plus Size. You either get frustrated and keep the item or you pay to return a wrongly advertised item. I am now forced to never buy Jeans on Amazon again because it is difficult to know what you are getting. The possibility for them is you paid for it and will not want to be bothered to return the item. 4 TIMES. NO MORE.

They advertise free shipping, but ship you incorrect items, refuse to provide return labels, and refuse to replace part with correct item until you return them the incorrect one and it has been inspected. In other words, the cable that I thought I had purchased for $19.00 is going to cost me almost twice as much and is going to take 3 times as long to receive. Would avoid dealing with them at all costs. One last thing, Mike, doesn't know the first thing about customer satisfaction, hopefully you don't have to find out first hand like I did!

Went to return my item because it didn't work. I had to pay $25 in Shipping to return it and then wait another 2 weeks before refund and then there is a 15% restocking fee. This is a bulls**t company don't buy from them.
