7We stayed in one of the condo during our stay in Mammoth Lakes. It was well located with the shuttle stop just at our doorstep and the bike lane across the road. 5 minutes drive from the "downtown" where you can have a stroll at the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not heated and even in August, it was as cold as the lakes, brrrrr!
The condo we rented (#153) which smelled musty, or of mildew, and did not lighten even with airing it out. Two of the three closets were unusable.one was locked, the other had multiple trash bags inside. There were dead bugs everywhere and the wifi password did not work. Could not have the master bedroom window open as the screen was bent, letting more bugs in. The beds had no comforters, were rock hard and uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend this place!

Wonderful condos located just. 4 mile from Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain. Some of the condos have a great view. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna.
This place is old and run down. Getting to the resort is challenging. If the rate is good, take it but don't expect anything pretty.
My family owns a condo up there for a skii trips and it is great. It is a nice small condo and there is a activity's room a couple doors down with a hot tub, pool and a bunch of activities. It is a great place to hangout when you are done skiing or hiking.
