I carbo loaded the night before the California International Marathon

Great shopping area. I believe that it has changed a little because there have been shop's moving out, & new shop's coming in.

Cute Italian restaurant. Great prices. Service very prompt. We made a reservation and table was ready when we arrived. Very filling food.

I would say in a generalized way, it's good. For twenty years ago. The store and business are good. What I see is the the area is covered in unhoused humans, very little parking. I feel its unsafe and not a healthy environment.

Parking can be challenging disable parking nearly always taken even vehicles w/no placards disappointing

This corner is unique because all of the buildings are fully occupied and have been for decades. It looks like it always has - very nice.

Went to pick a pizza from Dominoes after 2 hours of them telling me they don't deliver for the special I ordered. There was an angry customer who experienced the same dilemma as myself but I chose the high road after they explained that they were short staffed. Problem was resolved and I left satisfied. If you tell and cause a seen, your food doesn't come out faster, it delays the when process. Accept that stuff happens and move forward. Kindness should go a long way.

The reason really to go here is for blue sky best Chinese I've found in all of Sacramento

Good shopping center. Some hidden gems, like the donut shop, Italian food, and bagel shop. Place gets a little sketchy at times. Don't like to visit Plaza after dark. LOL

Very dark, parking lot, dangerous to cross the parking lot no designated cross sections. Drivers speeding by with in parking lot area.

It's an okay place for a quick stop to get a bite to eat and their is a Wells Fargo for banking needs and a UPS store if you need a package picked up or sent out. If you need some groceries there is a Bel-Air on the other end of the shopping center as well.

The security over the speakers around Bel air are extremely annoying and rude oh and not to mention embarrassing I was waiting on my friend while smoking a cigarette outside of the Bel air shopping center wasn't even out there a total of 5 mins when very loudly and rudely security comes on the loud speaker and tells me I cannot be just standing outside I need to keep it moving

Honest people at Liquor store, friend left phone there, but she didn't know it was there. 1 hour later I called 3 times and finally the owner or clerk working picked up and well she got it back. Thank you very much.
