We have sailed with Disney Cruise Line many times over the years and have generally had a good time. The crew is great and if you plan your voyage right, you could always get in some great family time.

This ship is great with families, entertainment is top notch Broadway like quality, you'll never be hungry and excellent staffs.

Such a fun trip. Great for the family. We went on a 4 day trip (San Diego, Catalina, Ensenada, San Diego). The Boarding was great! We had our time slot and arrive and the process was seemless. Plenty of activies for the family and kids. The showes were amazing. We went in November so there was a tree lighting ceremony. Character lines were a bit long.

We stayed on the boat when we got to Catalina and Ensenada and it was great as we had the boat to ourselves. Plenty of food duirng dinner service as well as buffets and pizza and ice cream.

Staff were great and very accomidating. We had a birthday and they made a cake from towels and chagned the bedding for us.

The disembarking was horrible, it took us 2-3 hours to leave the boat. Over all, would recommend the trip.

We and our 4 year old had fun. But the Disney cruise app gave inaccurate information (how the kids clubs worked, our last reserved meal listed the wrong restaurant and time, and how the disembark process would work). I went to guest services to get clarity on the kids clubs and was given incorrect information and had to go to the actual kids club directly to get the correct information (that once you have the wristband for the child they are good to attend the kids club whereas app and guest services talked about needing advanced reservations). The day before we disembarked, I went to guest services to ask about transportation from ship to airport and was told I had to reserve that days in advance and it was too late now. But then exiting the ship we saw the sign for the airport transportation and asked if could get on and there was no issue, we merely added our name/cabin number to their list.
We had a Disney excursion to see the Arch and then go to the beach. In the check in room they had piles of towels available but no Disney employee suggested we take them. It was not until we were off the ship and about to board the bus to the beach that we were reminded to take towels and at that point it was too late to get any.
My last issue is that the signage on the ship was terrible - I needed to use the map on the app to find anything - the free beverage stations and public restrooms were only visible when you were right in front of them (the deck 9 outdoor bathroom was terribly hidden which nearly lead to an accident for my son as I frantically looked for and could not find it - we luckily made it to the buffet’s indoor bathroom in time).
Other than the anxiety created by the poor signage and incorrect communications from the app and guest services, we did enjoy the cruise.

Great experience for parents and kids. Disney needs to offer better wifi options, over $80 for 1Gb is not very Disney like. Also need to improve the disembarking process, not announcing groups to disembark led to long lines and very frustrated kids and parents

Disney music shows are excellent, their characters are good, but as a cruise line they still lack a lot: customer service and support, value adult entertainment, food quality, variety, convenient venues at all times, and lots of other things. One thing they seem to perversely enjoy is to get their guests in loooooonnnnng lines and inconvenience the hell out of them without minding their discomfort, anger, health and any other factor that could have avoided such lines to star with. Disney, you've got my grandkids interest but you will never have my money again! The most expensive but mediocre cruise I ever took! Also, their service from Internet page and e-mail is THE WORST I've seen, disorganized, chaotic and lacking the will to help customers. It's sad that they arrogantly hold the interest of young children hostage without responsibility to the parents paying for they lousy services.

Overrated. The food wasn’t as advertised. The coffee, pizza, popcorn are the worst on the market. The steak three of us couldn’t eat, grizzly and fatty. Two of us got food poisoning at the end of the trip. No send off party, no mouse on the zip line on pirate night.

This cruise line is the best out of all of them, if your a Disney fan, I would 100% Recommend going on this cruise. There are things to do for all ages, and are very sanitary. There’s cute Disney-themed restaurants and buffets and the rooms are amazing!

Absolutely loved the Disney Wonder! Went on the 2-night HOTHS cruise and would do it again, minus feeling like I was still on a ship for days after going home! Service was top-notch and there were so many fun activities for all ages. The food was delicious and the entertainment is Disney-quality of course. I loved how people always had to wash or sanitize their hands. I would not take my family on any other cruise for a vacation if I can help it! Getting on the ship was an easy process, but getting off and to the car took over an hour!

Can’t go wrong with Disney. They cater to all ages. The food and service is second to none.

To communicate on the ship, you need to download the Disney Cruise app BEFORE you get on the ship. The app allows you to chat with other people on the ship. The app also shows the ships daily list of events and shows and provides reminders of your itinerary.

5 Disney Cruises in and still going strong!
The cost is worth every penny.
My kids are happy and I’m happy vacationing with Disney Cruise Line.
We’ve done Mexico, Western Caribbean twice, Eastern Caribbean and Mediterranean.
All 5 star top notch service. My kids are older now and still enjoy the Vibe.
The adult game shows, comedians, etc.are great (shout out to Tisa Club Host)!
Doing number 6 in March.

We love Disney resorts and go to Disneyland just about every other month, our expectations were really high and quite honestly we loved every minute of it. We never thought we would ever depart from our hometown port (usually go to the east coast) but when we saw the Cabo itinerary it seemed like a good time. Cutting flights and travel time was incredible. Took a 20min Uber ride and we went straight to the FUN! Check in was so smooth and quite enjoyable compared to other cruise lines. The staff was great and the endless shows, movies, character meet n greets, deck shows, character dining, fireworks and all the different restaurants were unbelievable. Cabo San Lucas was a great stop! The locals were so nice and we had a blast. The mexican food was phenomenal. We felt the Disney magic all throughout our trip. You definitely need to see all the shows! Each one is so special. The staff goes above and beyond for the little ones so make sure to set aside a well deserved tip for the end of your trip! Our family made so many memories aboard the Disney Wonder!
