17 Great idea for a super busy place!
If it wasn’t for the inconsiderate people who try to cut in front of others, this would be perfect.
There's no one to monitor and car drivers block the entrance. Our cab couldn't enter for 20 minutes even when it was 300 meters away
I am torn on how to rate this. When it isn't congested, this location is a blessing, but more and more vehicles are standing here for long periods of time.
Here is some basic etiquette for drivers:
If you are not actively dropping off or picking up, do not take up space here. There are plenty of places nearby to wait.
Do not drop passengers off in the lane meant for vehicles to drive.
Ask your passengers to only get out on the curbside of the vehicle.
Ask your passenger to use the crosswalk to cross the driving lane.
If you are a rideshare driver, do not wait for new rides in this lot. Wait at one of the nearby lots.
Do not block the crosswalk while exiting.
Drive slowly. Unattended children will occasionally jump out of a car and directly into the driving lane.
Do not double park. Even temporarily. Wait for an open space.
It's disgusting, people arrive and stay parked for more than 39 minutes and those of us who work at Uber and Lyft waste a lot of time that they don't pay us, neither the police nor the park do anything.

So if you're getting an Uber or Lyft to Disneyland, which if you're staying far or coming from the airport and can't wait to go into the park, you are definitely going to do, this is the place that they are going to drop off and pick you up from. A few things to keep in mind when you're in this area: many other people are also doing the same, be calm, be a friendly person, and just understand that your Uber driver may have never been here before, so they might either pass the location once or twice. Or honestly be very cautious as they go in because this spot is also filled to the brim with cars. I believe it's somewhere in the Uber/ lyft "manual" that they shouldn't drop off people randomly and need to be close to some kind of curb. So that might mean that your driver takes a lot longer to actually let you out because they want to make sure you are safely getting into the park, and not going to be ran over by another car. Zooming through that little area. Just be a nice person! Not to mention, this walk area might be also traversed by people who are just walking to the park from different hotels because it is another way to get into the park. A million bajillion people will be going through this area so just be patient, have fun and enjoy going to Disneyland.
Rode ART to Disney, driver was awesome, interacted with the passengers and even dropped us up close to the entrance
One of the best places to be picked up or dropped off safely to visit the Disneyland Resort.
Best place to drop off or pick up. I’ve never been during the weekend but on a weekday, it is not to packed. In and out within minutes.
The drop off is in a good place. The problem comes when entering and leaving. Entering a single lane backs up traffic along Harbor Boulevard; in leaving, it funnels down to a single lane again and one vehicle can create a very messy and prolonged jam.
Well designed and convenient. Even Cast Members use this place when they're being picked up or dropped off!
Please be aware that it backs up on Harbor Blvd and has a bit of a wait to enter at least an hour before the park closes.
Have your passengers be there and ready for pickup as a courtesy to everyone else.
This is great when you're going to be dropped off and picked up for a short visit (3-4 hrs).
Only suggestion I would make is to have staff there to make sure drivers don't wait for more than a few minutes. The line backs up onto Harbor Blvd.not good.
This is perhaps the worse design for a drop off and pick up location imaginable. You can only enter heading south on Harbor Dr.and have to do a U turn to get into the lot and a U turn to exit the lot. The U turns are very tight and large vehicles have to do multiple point turns with other vehicles right behind you. The lot does NOT flow smoothly at all. There should be a gradual sweeping entrance & exit lane from Harbor Dr, similar to a rest stop exit on & off ramp to a freeway.
The addition of rideshare vehicles has only enhanced the dysfunction of this drop off & pick up zone.
Very busy and chaotic. Plan few mins earlier to avoid delays. I would suggest you to get a cab
Or drop off a bit earlier this point.
This worked well, but I wish that I would've known that most of the taxis didn't have passengers yet.
I'm not sure about the Lyfts, but I kept ordering one and then it'd be cancelled. I wonder if the Lyfts that were there were reserved yet or were hoping to pick someone up?
The rides were ok. But the lines sucked. A line for everything. Evan for the Restrooms. Everything costs to much. There's a lot of shady things going on at island right in front of you and nobody notices. Everyone is just in there own little fake happy world.
It’s to drop off for anybody that has to go to Disney. A bit of a line but it was fast. I dropped off my friend, I felt like it is a safe area and she was able to get back there so I could pick her up with no issues.
Wife wanted to run in and get something from downtown Disney. Was parked, waiting for nealy an hour and was never hassled to move or given any problems by anyone. Actually was quite convenient!
