Went to a few consultations with other Drs before coming to Dr. Chacon and after meeting him it was an easy choice.

First, during COVID, they did everything to make sure office and patients were safe.

During the consultation Dr. Chacon answered all my questions before I could ask them but also more information that I thought to ask. What I liked what he showed me all the procedures he’s done and how he would handle my surgery compared to others.

Overall the staff there is friendly and all bases are covered.

Erin did my under eye, lips & botox.
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. She lisented and gave me advice and guided me on how we should go about my process.
I was very nervous because I was swollen for more than the norm. I was a newbie in this land of fillers and botox but she explained it all to me, called me right away if emailed her.
Always with compassion and very profesional. I found my botox lady for life so I will follow her to any other place she works at.

I had been wanting to get a tummy tuck for many years and last week I finally did it! I had seen a few doctors and I finally felt like I was ready to move forward after meeting Doctor Chacon. I loved everything he told me about the after care, he made me feel so comfortable and he took so much time with me! He spent about an hour with me I felt so important. Other doctors only spent about 10 minutes with me & told me I had to walk hunched over and I couldn’t shower for several weeks after having the surgery. I was able to walk up straight and shower right after my surgery, I love my incision, it’s so thin and beautiful, I’m in love with the figure dr.chacon gave me! The day of my operation I was greeted by Yami and Stephanie they were so sweet and made me feel less nervous, then I met with Dr. Lozano the anesthesiologist, once I spoke with him he made me feel so safe, and comfortable he was so nice! My recovery has been very smooth, I barely have any pain I didn’t even take pain medication! Emily and Erin have been amazing through out my whole recovery! I love going in to see them, Erin is so sweet and knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable! Emily is so gentle and caring! They are amazing girls. When I came in for my pre-op I also met Brenda she is one of the estheticians she was so sweet! I had some sun spots that I wasn’t too happy about and she recommended some wonderful products that I’ve been using for a few weeks and my spots are gone! She’s amazing I can’t wait to come back for a facial with her! I’m so happy I finally did this procedure, I’m so happy with the doctor I decided to go with he is amazing, if I were to get another procedure I would 1000% come back, they make me feel like family.

I've been so sick about my experience at Davino that I couldn't even get myself to write this review before. After hearing about the death of the Chula Vista women, I spent the next few days in utter shock. Reading the husbands interview made me literally want to throw up because I experienced the same except I am alive today. I had my surgery only one month before hers. I signed a contract stating there would be a licensed anesthesiologist present, of course! THERE WAS NO ANESTHESIOLOGIST THERE FOR MY SURGERY. I ASKED THE LADY STARTING MY IV PORT WHAT HER TITLE WAS AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS A NURSE. I expected the anesthesiologist would be in any moment to administer my sedation meds and I asked twice but the only one who entered the operation room (which is just a room in his office might I add) was two medical assistants and the same nurse who put the iv port in. She then administered the meds, told me to relax and I was out! They all put my life in jeopardy for a few thousand dollars, my god! My mother took me to surgery that day, they wouldn't even let her enter the waiting room with me, they asked her to leave and come back in a few hours. My mom called the front desk numerous times and they kept telling her I wasn't done yet. Finally she drove there and waited in the lobby. It was way past the time they gave us and now Im sure there was complications waking me up. I remember faintly hearing my moms voice, I was sitting in a dark office room with no one monitoring me. The assistants helped carry me out the back door to the parking lot to load me into my moms car. I was too sedated to even open my eyes, they said I had to before leaving but I just couldn't, I couldn't even talk. I've had two other health related surgeries and one breast aug in the past and I've never felt like this time. These people will treat you like family before you sign the contract, the patient coordinator herself has had work done and will rave about how happy she is about it. They will show you photos of their kids, including the doctor to make you feel safe, and then put your own kids at risk of losing their own parents. I am a mother and I understand the risks involved with any surgery, but I spent years researching doctors and ended up choosing this one because of a referral, Immediately after signing the contract, I had a bad feeling and I tried to back out, they told me Id have to pay 40% for cancelling ONE day after signing. I tried asking to speak with the office manager who was a mystery person off site of course, after my surgery I found out it was the patient coordinator, she was untruthful the whole time about not being able to get me out of the surgery. After my payment in full, the patient coordinator and doctor changed their whole attitude towards me. All of a sudden, I wasn't treated like family but just another cash paying client. Needless to say my surgery results came out terrible. I asked for a revision and thank god It didnt happen. They wanted another $6000 to do a lipo revision on areas the doctor left noticeably uneven. Two other friends of mine have done revisions with this doctor 2-3 times and he says thats common. PLEASE DON'T BE MISLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE, The office is clean and in Bonita which seems great, but just think about what goes on behind closed doors. DO NOT HAVE SURGERY HERE, CONTACT ME AND I WILL SEND YOU MY PHOTOS.

Got my Gynecomastia surgery done this year. I put off surgery for years because of the fear and stigma of cosmetic surgery. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately welcomed with smiles and warmth from the staff. After my consultation with Dr. Chacon, I booked the operation right away. Best decision ever! My only regret was not doing this 15 years ago.
Special shot out to Emily, for genuinely remembering my daughter who I take with me for post ops and Erin for being especially easy to talk to.

Their very nice it was just that the Dr was over 30 mins late. He was on top of giv9me all information though.

I recently went in for Lip Fillers. It was my first time having any procedure done. I loved the atmosphere and the girls were super nice and welcoming. Dr. Chacón was super gentle and very informative. He asked several questions on how I felt about my lips and proceeded from there. I loved that I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want. Can’t wait for my follow up in 2 weeks!

Kim found a way to control my severe acne problems without any medications. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very proactive. I’ve had major acne problems for years and I couldn’t find anything that would work until I came here. I totally recommend this place.

I went in for a consultation appointment for Lipo last week. I was really nervous and scared when I first walked threw the door. By the time I exited I was confident and able to decide pretty quickly that this was the place for me. I have (had) to other consultations at other places this upcoming week which I canceled upon leaving. Staff was all super nice, very understanding and made me feel right at home. Doc was able to show me pics of similar thing's I was looking for and based off of prior reviews and doing my own research prior he seems like a trust worthy and qualified doc to do what I'm looking for.almost over qualified which is a good thing.

One star because negative stars is not an option. Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment.

I had a removal replacement of my old breast implants with a wonderful result. They look amazing and I’m very happy.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Chacon & all of the staff. Dr. Chacon was very understanding of what i wanted and he made me feel very comfortable about following up with the procedure. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I’m so glad i chose him as my surgeon. I remember being very nervous the day of surgery and with a couple of doubts but Dr. Chacon did such a good job in reassuring me that he had visualized what i wanted and clarified the techniques that he was going to use. The divino staff were all super sweet as well! Lauren was such a good source of support when i had any questions or concerns, always there with a smile and ready to help:)

After a couple of years of considering cosmetic surgery I finally built up the courage to schedule some consultations with the goal of finding a surgeon who I could trust for my mommy make over. I did my research and scheduled appointments with some of the top rated surgeons in San Diego.

My husband joined me for my first consultation which was with Dr. Chacon. Before even walking in we discussed not making any decisions until we had seen all 3 surgeons that I was scheduled with. I never made it to any other consults. From the moment we walked in to Dr. Chacons office we were greeted by his amazing staff. The waiting room was so clean and smelled amazing. When it came to the consult, Dr. Chacon answered all of our questions and made me feel at ease about the process and procedures I was looking to have. He made us feel comfortable and we didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision right away. Needles to say we walked out that day convinced and sure that Dr. Chacon would be my surgeon. I’m now on week 7 post surgery and feel amazing. Dr. Chacon exceeded my expectations and I am completely happy with my results. I can’t imagine a greater team to trust than the one at Divino Plastic Surgery.

Came in for my first consultation for a BBL & I knew I would be in good hands because Ive done lots of research on RealSelf and he had many before and after pictures but let me tell you, it was even better than I imagined. I was very nervous to undress but he was so professional and friendly about everything. It also turned out that all of the staff there had gotten BBLs by him and they looked so amazing! Everyone was so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to have my surgery with him! 5 stars all the way

Where do I even begin? I can't tell you how many times I've sat down to write this review but found myself stumped.not because I couldn't find anything good to say about my experience with the whole Divino Plastic Surgery staff, but the complete opposite! I wanted this review to be perfect. I mean are there really enough words to describe how Divino Plastic Surgery has given me my life back? ! I know that may sound a little cheesy & extreme, but I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found Dr. Chacon and his staff. By the time I had walked into my consult with Dr. Chacon, I had already been to SEVERAL consults with other plastic surgeons through out San Diego. All of which had very high reviews. So when I walked into Divino Plastic Surgery, I did not expect to be blown away the way I did. The whole staff was professional, warm, & welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Zenia is the sweetest! Iris and Daniel were always so helpful if I had any questions. Stephanie was always so sweet & kind during every check up. Lauren is AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable with whole experience. Aside from the great customer service, one of the other big things that set Divino Plastic Surgery apart from the other offices is the payment options they offer to their patients. I can't tell you how discouraged I was walking out of the other consults knowing that the amount these other places were asking for and when they needed payment were out of reach for me. I needed a tummy tuck to repair a severe Diastasis Recti and Umbilical Chord Hernia.a condition from pregnancy that had been troubling me both mentally and physically for years but not covered by my insurance to repair. Dr. Chacons' kind/flexible payment options made getting the "Mommy Makeover" attainable for me. Dr. Chacon was incredible through the whole experience. The unbelievable before & after pictures of his previous patients and his confidence in his work made me feel like I was in the best hands in the business. He made sure to check on me through out the whole healing process. And if I had any questions along the way, he was quick to respond. I am now 2 months post surgery and I can't tell you how grateful I am to be able to look in the mirror and recognize myself again. For the first time in over 10 years I feel comfortable in my own skin. If I could give Dr. Chacon & his staff 100 stars, I would!

I got a breast augmentation done May 2018 and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Divino! The doctor and staff are all so supportive. Some of the employees offered their testimonies with their own experience and made this big scary thing seem not so scary. I loved the atmosphere in the office.
The week leading up to my surgery the staff made sure I was ready to go with my medications prior to surgery. They called and checked in a few days prior and then again the night before. They care and want to make sure you are at ease.
The morning of my surgery I arrived at 6 and was taken back and prepped. I got my iv and then was taken to where I was going to have surgery. The staff again was very soothing, welcoming, and reassured my worries about having surgery for the first time. They even played my favorite Kanye song right before I went to sleep.
During recovery the staff called me later that day when I went home. They called again throughout the weekend (I had surgery on a Friday) I came back for my follow up a week later and got my incisions covered with new tape.
Overall I felt very well supported by the doctor and staff throughout my whole journey. I would recommend Divino to any and everyone I know! I’m very pleased by my experience

Everything about this place is amazing! From the initial consultation with Dr. Chacon, all the way to my post-op appointments, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff if extremely attentive, and they really excel at delivering the best service. The entire Divino team made sure that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire procedure. I have now started going back for their spa treatments, and I'm even more inclined to keep coming back! My only regret is not doing it sooner, thank you Divino team!
