Dixon Lake Campground reviews
15My mom enjoying the Beautiful peaceful campground and lake I will forever cherish this picture of my angel in Heaven my mom
Dixon lake campground is super convenient and clean. Great bathrooms and tackle shop makes this a great experience year round. Many types of camp sites so drive around before you select a site if possible.
A beautiful place to camp, most of the sites are private. Beautiful views, dog friendly and lots of options for outdoor activities
It was really good, If you want to go fishing, walking, camping or just to celebrate a party that's the place it's really good to hang out with friends or family or walk with your dog.
I like how close this place is and that they keep the camp grounds clean. It does get too loud here sometimes with some campers playing music.
Wow. I booked last minute needing something while on a long road trip and stumbled upon an absolute gem. Amazing campsite, great views, and easy access. Some neighbors were pretty loud but settled down after dark. A little pricey but worth it. Really liked how the Rangers patrolled almost hourly too, made it feel secure and well managed.
Great Lake to take kids to fish. Super friendly staff and beautiful views of the lake and city.
What a pleasant suprise and experience. Highly highly recommend. Sites like 13-20 are such gorgeous sites for only $50 a night. Crazy
Need to thin the amount of ground squirrels since their natural predators have been eliminated.
We really enjoyed this campground. We had site #6 and it has a lovely view over the lake. We will definitely be going back!
First time here, very beautiful place, you can camp, rent a cabin, RV/Camper hookups, play grounds, boat rentals, fishing, lots of hiking trails, campfires, outdoor grills, amphitheater there’s so much to do around the lake.
I LOVE THIS PLACE there is something magical about it. The view of the city from up high in the evening and the lake during the day hiked around just fabulous plus hot shower definitely improved since last year. Well done.
This Campground is very nice. The bathrooms are open to the air, there is water for showers, the lake for fishing. Lots of youth around the concessions building.
Quiet at 10am. This is family camping, some new campers, their dogs may bark early, but this is part of the experience
Lots of work going on in the park and nearby streets. Sites can be tight for larger rvs. Nice views of the lake on one side and night time Cityscape on other. For those needing electricity I suggest you confirm what is available at your site.
Camping is beautiful also want to reach out to the ranger that helped me changed my camp site 3 times at my request, was lucky to get one then changed it 2 other times, the last one is awesome, we will be back, it’s very clean and it was sooooo relaxing!
