Dixon Tire Pros

I’m absolutely so livid at the experience I had with this place. I had an 11am appointment to have my brakes looked at to see what I needed. I informed the front desk I had to leave for work around 6 and she assured me they would be done. Drove by around 2pm and my car was on the lift. No one ever called me. Walked down to the shop at 6, and they were closed and locked up. Had to Uber to work. Completely inconsiderate and lack of communication.

Love these guys! Had new tires put in balanced and alignment. Friendly very professional and really did an amazing job! Oh and they have very comfy lounge chairs for tired travelers that need to wait. So great atmosphere for a tire shop! Will be back)

Fantastic place! Pricing is reasonable. The waiting area is really nice with comfy reclining chairs and coffee. Customer service is top notch. I was blown away with how great all the people are. They really make you feel taken care of with little things like putting back the doughnut tire in it's compartment in the trunk or even just checking on you while you wait. Absolutely awesome.

Ted took total ownership of a slip up and actually called me to follow up on it before I got a chance to call him. He bought back a piece that had gone bad due to a mechanic error, zero hassle. Definitely recommend!

Very rude and disrespectful people at this location the guy on the phone said bring my truck down for an alignment i said i would be there within an hour he said thats dine. However the lady at the location of the shop told me oh sorry we already have one vehicle ahead of you and it takes 90 minutes so we wont be able to do yours today you will have to schedule an appointment. So very disrescpectful of my time and money driving there. This doesnt work for me i travel for a living and drive 400-500 miles per day and i wont even be in this area for some future appointment

Our tire blew on the freeway with a car full of a family of four, a baby and a dog. We called ahead, they were ready for us and were able to assess the situation quickly. They got the tires we needed from another store down the street. We had tea, AC, chairs, tv (even would put on cartoons for the baby) and friendly staff to our disposal as we waited for the tires to be put on. The whole process took about 45-60 mins total. We were shocked and so thankful they took such good care of us. We highly recommend this place!

If i could rate this place zero stars i would.the owner ted was extremely unprofessional and just blatantly rude.when is it ever okay to go off on a customer? Very classless and he should be ashamed and embarrassed.isn’t it convenient that ted replies that it’s a fake review or that he can’t find the customer in the database whenever he doesn’t like a review? This is absolutely not a fake review.

Great place I always take my cars here I have never had a problems but I have seen other people with a problem and they always take care of the problem

Just another shop that makes a late add on product/service that you don't need, just so they can get more $$$ from you.

My wife's car needed a new tire installed, I had a busy day with multiple things to get done. My only day off during the week, so I was trying to maximize my time. The place I bought the tire from couldn't install it when I picked up the tire. So I decided to drive down the street and walked into Dixon Tire Pros! Best decision! I explained my situation to Jon at the front desk, he went out of his way to help me out. They were able to squeeze me in and install the new tire. In and out in 30 min! Also, some of the nicest people I have meet in a long time. Shop is welcoming and clean. All the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Ted (shop owner) was very hands on and helpful! This shop is the prime example of what locally-owned should be!

I came in on 10/19 after breaking down at 4am and getting a tow here. I looked for a shop with good reviews and liked what I saw at Dixon Tire Pros, and what a great choice I made.

I explained my situation (I commute to SF and broke down 1 hour into my drive) and they squeezed me in to their already busy day and repaired my car and got me up and running again. The customer service was EXCELLENT. They did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable as possible.

If I lived in Dixon, this would absolutely be where I'd take my car for any work that needed to be done. I'm incredibly thankful for the service they provided and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. If you need any service on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Great shop for your vehicles needs. Staff is wonderfull and very knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work 100%. With the GM Andrew running the shop I can't think of a better place to take your vehicle.
