I was involved in a minor hit and run that damaged the right quarter panel of my car. The dealership told me that this is the body shop that they always use, and it was on my approved list from Mercury.
All I can say is THANK YOU. I'm so grateful I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time, and in beautiful condition.
Also, and this may not apply to anyone else, but my back windows are covered in giant-dog-drool at all times. The team here somehow got all of the drool off! I didn't think it was possible.
