Recently took my truck to DMC for possible transmission issues, they got right back to me, it was a simple fix, great shop! Any future issues I have, no questions I'll bring my vehicles here, thank you DMC.

Hmm, so after shopping around & then reading online reviews about other shops. I came across, I had iI in DMC. I heard about them & saw their shop, cause I'm a local here in town. But I figured this was the shop for me to take my truck in for a complete transmission rebuild. So after contacting them & meeting with Nancy. I decided to use DMC! After getting my truck back, I went on a test drive & all I can really say is "They by far are the best transmission shop in Ventura county". Truck drives like it did from the factory. Nancy was very polite & professional with her customer service. She had the team diagnose my transmission & a few other issues & took amazing care of my truck & me. The way they are on top of things, with updating their equipment, tools & gadgets with our times in the 21st century. Shows they take great pride in what they do. I highly recommend anyone who has vehicle issues, especially TRANSMISSION ISSUES, to bring it by DMC TRANSMISSIONS & ask for Nancy, she'll take great care of you. I don't ever really leave reviews, even though I read mthem lol but this one called for me to leave a review for the Excellent Shop DMC is. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I wasn't!

Friendly staff! Quick, easy and thorough. They sent me a link that shows detailed photos of my vehicle along with recommendations. I love the transparency.

Went in due to the AAA sign, man what a Great and honest business. Needed my battery and they did everything to take car of my Family Van! Pulled one of there shop hands off what he was doing to take care of my Van. A+

Had my transmission rebuilt. Donny is great and very knowledgeable.when there was a problem with one of the parts in the transmission that failed, a few years later, Even though it was out of warranty time wise, He Made me a very appropriate deal to get it quickly repaired and handled the situation very well. A good experience is all about how these kind of situations, that sometimes happen, are handled and he did an exceptional job. Thanks Donny!

My car broke down on my way home to Costa Mesa from Los Olivos, CA. I went to DMC because of their good reviews and close location to where my car broke down. I am glad I did.

Donny and the employees including Susie gave great customer service. They worked with me to have everything go smoothly even though I was 100 miles away. I felt the price was very fair given the amount of work that had to be done. They found more issues than expected, but still didn’t charge more than the agreed upon price for the transmission. Donny explained to me what was wrong, why, and the work that would be and was done.

I would recommend their service to anyone.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Great customer service! I needed an idle relearn on really short notice, and it was the Friday before Fourth of July weekend. I needed to get this done to get to work on Saturday. Not only did they fit me in to a busy Friday but they also sent me a hand written note thanking me for my business. I should be thanking them!

Donny is the best at Transmissions simple as that. Had a transmission issue he completely fixed it and gave me 3 years warranty. Recommemd him 100%.

Called up to them and they got me in the next day. Then they finished the job early and they didn't charge anything extra! Took my truck there next and they did such a great job that they have my business for life.

This place was very nice to me. They worked with me being low on money, for a last min repair, so that I can drive back home cross-country. They also discovered what my issue was in one hour. I had taken my car to three other places, and they had no clue. Wish I would have went here sooner. The female in the office was also very accommodating and nice. Highly recommend.
