DMV/ Drivers Safety, Orange CA

They are not attentive and lose faxes. I lost my license for medical reasons and have not heard back from them. Very unorganized.

On time, outstanding service, straightforward, polite, courteous, prepared, and just simply wow, for any DMV experience, no matter how many states om which you've had a license. And, it's the entire staff. Kudos.

After 30 minutes waiting in line, tha agent is saying we are too busy today, sorry.come tomorrow.
25 miles and almost 1 and half hours time.they dont care about it. This is so ridiculous

Be prepared to make SEVERAL trips to Inspectors office located here also for any occupational license. They will find ANY and every excuse to turn you away. To all those who want to experience a dictatorship, this is it

I visited this place for My driving license application verification, which was unnecessarily raised by DMV Santa Ana, as the person who was handling my case has no knowledge on VISA. The officer was very good. Within 2-3 minuets he assured my application process. He was also surprised why this verification raised for me.

Went for a hearing for a client. The hearing officer was not friendly nor was she prepared. The hearing was continued to another day.

Never in my life have I EVER been belittled and discredited in my life until I had to meet with the DMV about my driving.
The investigator was very insulting and degrading

I was EXTREMELY surprised and happy that the rep who helped me Friday was so nice & helped me thru my process AND HAD MY ANSWER LETTER THAT MONDAY! THANK YOU!

I know that if I ever am down on my luck the DMV is always hiring. They hire anyone no matter how stupid someone may be.

This place is the worst! Very rude staff on the phone and typical attitude you get from any government employee.

THE WORST imaginable place ever. A place like this shouldn't even be part of Californias DMV system. They send the wrong paper work to the wrong addresses then blame the person receiving it.
