From the first phone call through completion of services, Anthony and his team was very EFFICIENT.
We used their smoke machine, uplights and photo booth service.
Our daughters 18 bday was a great success with DNA Entertainments vibrant lights and sounds! Thank you Anthony and team!

Great communication with DNA entertainment from the moment I reached out. They worked with me on the right option for my wedding and we ended up with an awesome DJ, David! He reached out in the days leading up to our wedding to check in, discuss details. It was reassuring and he did an excellent job. I think every single guest at our event danced from start to finish - thank you guys for your help and hard work!

DJ Colin did a great job at our wedding. He nailed the vibe we were looking for. Many guests raved about his DJing and how he mixed some of the songs. Overall, I totally recommend DNA for their professionalism and quality. We would use them again.

I am giving 3 stars because we paid extra for a founding DJ so I had very high expectations. They messed up the music during the processional, guessing the DJ was not paying attention. The DJ was not very interactive during the wedding, did the bare minimum expected but was not very engaging. I let him know to please use his judgement but that I wanted the dance floor full all night and felt like I kept having to ask him to skip songs, because he seemed to not be paying attention to people leaving the dance floor. He was decent, polite, and did a fairly good job, but he did not blow my socks off and I did not feel was worth the extra money we paid.

DJ John was fabulous. He worked with us for selection of music, specifically Bollywood music, for my daughter engagement party. His music was great and kept people on the dance floor. The whole process with DNA Entertainment was seamless. They are highly recommended!

DNA Entertainment has been wonderful to work with. Their DJs are extremely talented, professional and absolute crowd-pleasers! Having hired quite a few of their DJs, I can say with confidence that they deserve their stellar reputation. Highly recommended.

Evan was the DJ for our wedding and did an incredible job! He made everything so easy and listened to all of our requests. He also worked closely with our coordinator to make sure everything ran smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything throughout the wedding night. I used DNA for my wedding and I was happy with their work overall. Our DJ was great to work with, but I did have a few reservations about the management of DNA after the fact/during the night.

Halfway during the reception, the DJ relayed to me that his boss said I didn't pay the invoice for the work even though, he told me that I was "good to go" 6 months before the wedding. Our credit card was on file, yet the president of DNA wanted me to Zelle them that night for the balance I apparently owed. It turned out to be DNA's mistake for not charging the card they had on file for the event.

Now, I understand that mistakes happen, but telling me during the reception was very unprofessional (not only because of the bad timing to bring that up, but also not verifying the transaction before the event date) and added unnecessary anxiety to the groom during a happy occasion. I was pretty anxious for a good 15-20 minutes, wondering if my credit card was declined etc.

I could recommend DNA for an event, but be sure that you have been charged accordingly before your event date and/or follow up about payment to avoid the unnecessary anxiety about your payment not going through.

We hired DNA Entertainment for daughter's wedding a bit on the late side. We had the grandiose idea that we could do it ourselves. When it was clear we could not, DNA Entertainment came to the rescue. I cannot tell you how happy we are that we did. Chris was our DJ and he was phenomenal. We had a mixed crowd and he had everyone on the dance floor all night - so much so that we got off schedule for cake cutting and bouquet toss. The dance floor lighting added so much to the party ambiance. A friend gifted the newlywed couple a photo booth and it was a HIT! Andrea was so sweet, patient and fun. She had a smile on her face the whole night. The pic are priceless. Anthony was a pro and kept everything running smoothly. In Anthony's capable hands, everything was stress free. If you and your guests want to enjoy your event, I highly recommend hiring DNA Entertainment!

Raffi is the man! We hired Sound In Motion for our wedding and Raffi did an amazing job. He's was a great DJ and super cool dude. I highly recommend hiring Sound In Motion for any event you might be having.

Chris Garcia was our DJ for our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect DJ! He was efficient, communicated every step of the way with us and had the dance floor packed the whole night! We would 100% use Chris with DNA at another event!

DNA is experienced at many venues in the Monterey County area and truly know what they're doing. There is a reason they are on so many preferred vendor lists - they are highly professional and know how to have a great time!

We hired DJ services from DNA Entertainment for our June wedding in Monterey, and we can’t recommend them enough! Payment, booking, and planning were all easy and straightforward; they even accepted credit cards! Most importantly, our DJ Andrei was an absolute star. Besides expertly cueing all our “official” songs, she had us dancing all night long with bop after bop that perfectly fit our music preferences. She’s also a great human being and hella stylish. As the kids say, she understood the assignment. Thank you, Andrei and DNA Entertainment, for helping make our wedding day perfect.

We used DNA for our wedding DJ and Anthony and our DJ Evan made it such a great experience throughout all communications! Evan was amazing! He kept the party going and adapted so well to the crowd, and he was so thorough in our call before the event so we didn’t have to worry day of!

John did an amazing job of ensuring that our wedding ceremony and reception were fun, on time, and memorable. His energy was the first thing that we really noticed, but his attention to detail and ability to get people up and dancing were what made our wedding so much fun! Their equipment was professional but not too cumbersome, and John took the time to meet with us and go over every detail prior to our big day. John, Anthony and the DNA family are definitely worth it and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional DJ/MC. Thanks for everything, DNA!
