Do It Right Plumbers, Orange CA

This place is a total scam, they sold my elderly mother 2 commercial water heaters for her residential property that was over $3,000 and she was told that they would be free. The salesman is a fast talker and is trying to scam elderly people. Why would my mother need a commercial water heater for a 500 square foot home. The water heater wouldnt even fit in the box correctly and they just left it like that. They threatened to put a lien on my mother's home if she did not pay for the services rendered. She told them to remove the heaters and they told her no and to pay up. The customer service hung up in my mother's face once they didn't like that she had to say.

Initially they weren't able to keep the first two scheduled appointments, but kept me posted and gave us timely notice. Christian was the assigned technician that performed the work. Christian arrived on time, he was friendly, professional and efficient. He provided pricing for two options and completed the work very quickly and left the work area very clean. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Edward did an amazing job! We had a significant back-up in our shower/tub drain that he was able to quickly and expertly fix. He was also thorough in his evaluation of our plumbing and what issues nay arise.

Estevan and Oscar performed the work to get my Navien tankless performing the way it was designed to heat up the water in our home. They found out that the motherboard in the Navien was bad and needed to be replaced (under warranty). They also replaced the drain line with pvc instead of copper and put a Heater Treater on to protect the unit from excess scale buildup. A+ for Estevan’s knowledge of the tankless system.

Chris did a great job fixing a gas leak we had. Old rusted out pipes needed to be fixed as well as a new water heater. He called for a second technician so he could get the entire job done that day. Have used this company before and will use again in the future.

Very professional and prompt service. They evaluated all my plumbing sources to determine any problems and quickly repaired the leaky faucet in my kitchen. Very happy with results.

Cheaters.for $200 repair quoted $1850. Felt want to take they want to take initial visit payment and run away with no repairs by quoting big amounts

Charged $1000 for a $424 toilet Yikes! + $900 to replace a $40 flange +$10 wax ring. Total = $1900. They were here for 5 hours, did a great job, but labor costs turned out to be over $180/hr! & over 100% markup on toilet.
