The saying goes, "you get what you pay for". I say this because, theoretically speaking, paying more means that the quality is/should be better. With Doan's Auto Body & Paint, this is not the case. Trung's customer service, professionalism, and promptness was the best that I've seen (in the automotive industry) in the customer service realm. The quality of work offered was outstanding and could not have been any better; they even went out of there way to rebuff certain areas a different shop messed up. And for 3/4 of the price that other body shops were offering, there is no other place could foresee myself going to. Finding a shop like this is extremely rare and I am grateful/extatic for the work this business has provided.

I know that I am getting amazing work done to my car when I bring it here. My front bumper needed to be replaced so I took it here because years ago I had work done on my car and afterwards I was very pleased. Not only was the pricing great but the work is amazing. I’m truly happy with how everything had turned out and even the little things that were done I wasn’t charged for. I got my car the next day so I didn’t have wait long for the work to be done. The paint job is also great and matches well. Doan is very welcoming and respectful. He knows what he’s doing and I highly recommend him.

Gave them a call after i was rear ended on I-80. They took my car in and handled the insurance to get my estimate and car fixtures under way. Every time i would call they, without me asking, would give me a full rundown of what the status was of my car and insurance claim. Friendly and professional staff, which is not something you find in all body shops. 10/10 would recommend if you want exceptional car work and an easy experience

I requested an estimate for my car and recieved an answer quickly. Brought my car into the shop and got it done quickly for a great price. Super nice customer service and would definately bring my car back.

I called in the morning to get an estimate. Trung quoted me a price right away and scheduled an appointment for the repairs. While it was in here I ask for additional quotes on weathered parts and he was able to help me. Service was great and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend

Since I’ve never been rear ended or in an accident before I didn’t know what to do. I stopped at this shop by a friend’s recommendation & Trung guided me through the entire process. He made the process very easy and convenient for me. He even had the rental car waiting for me at the shop when I dropped my car off. I am very pleased with the work that was done to my Cadillac! These guys do amazing work and I would totally recommend them to any family or friend!

I had a great experience with Doan’s. Trung is incredibly helpful, offering options and suggestions that consider structural versus strictly cosmetic fixes. The estimate was accurate and the lowest quote I received. The equipment and techniques are state of the art and the shop and offiice are clean and well organized.
