Docking Station by MoonGoat, Costa Mesa CA

This is an amazing venue for a party. We didn’t even know it existed, but it was the perfect layout for my parents 30th wedding anniversary “Prom” party. It really gave off a cool and hip vibe in an open space, which was my dad’s only request. We set up the inside with a bar, DJ booth and dance floor with tables and chairs scattered around. The outdoor back patio was perfect for our catered taco stand, photo booth and outside seating. Alex was absolutely incredible and very quick to respond. All 100+ of our guests had a blast and commented on how cool the venue was. We already received a bunch of questions about the venue and continue to recommend it to all of our friends. We are already planning to book my dad’s 50th birthday party here.

Amazing spot with accesible bathrooms, tall ceiling, big open space. Did a workshop in there and was a perfect place fully equipped for people to gather:)

Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at the Docking Station, a hands-on gardening/crafting event! Gorgeous space with so many possibilities - school fundraisers, private parties, arts events. We went to brunch right across the parking lot at MoonGoat after, also wonderful!

Thank you so much for opening up the Docking Station to host our workshop. Cool modern industrial vibe with great details. From the beautiful polished concert floor to the wooden plank tables and the glass garage doors such a gorgeous spacious venue for any event!

It was a bonus to have Moon Goat coffee and bites available to participants to enjoy before and after our workshop. And parking was easy and plentiful.

What a perfect spot for an event! The perfect spot for a party, group get together, large or small event. The vibe is really warm and welcoming and it helps that the Moongoat staff is so amazing. Everything about Moongoat is top notch. Thanks for a fun event!

I went to a Staghorn planting event at Moongoat and was amazed by the space. How fun to get some excellent coffee and banana bread and then walk a few feet away to an amazing workspace (which was nice and cool on a muggy day)!

Beautiful workspace! The is a huge building across the parking lot of MoonGoat Coffee! We had everything we needed to create a fun and efficient class! Alex and David were super helpful with coordinating a time for our event! The Docking Station at MG has stunning tables, chairs, plenty of outlets, Air conditioning, 2 restrooms, a filtered water station and easy parking. They also have an outdoor patio with seating! Many of us either came before class or stayed afterwards to enjoy Sunday Brunch! The food and coffee were amazing! All the staff was incredibly helpful. Not only do they rent out their workspace, they also offer continuing education classes for their baristas and the public! I love the vibe! Check out my pictures from the event!

I was lucky enough to start my Sunday with delicious overnight oats at Moon Goat before taking a plant mounting class in their workspace. There were about twenty people there, with plenty of room for tables and chairs. The class was educational and fun, with everyone quite comfortable in the well lit, clean and bright room that could easily be turned into a crafts room, classroom, or event space. I look forward to seeing what other offerings and classes take place in the facility and may have an event of my own there! In the meantime, the coffee, oats and banana bread at Moon Goat, across the parking lot, are the best! Highly recommend checking the cafe and the workspace out.

Such a great space! GM was very approachable and spent time talking to me about what we wanted to do in the space. I was able to get a clear idea of what everything would look a month prior. Overall it was a wonderful experience and the drinks were amazing as always.

Had a chance taking their pour over class and it was such a great experience. Both the instructor and their assistant are very knowledgeable. Class is small but it took over an hour to complete. Everyone had their chances making multiple pour overs and compared. Definitely looking forward for more classes like this!

Today's cupping experience was amazing. I met up with Alex from MoonGoat coffee at Dock Station by MoonGoat in Costa Mesa. They had just launch this event center and I've attended the first cupping session at the new location. Alex's profound understanding of specialty coffee genuinely left an impression. His expansive knowledge, stretching from the nuances of bean-to-cup journeys, brewing methodologies, equipment intricacies, and the heartbeat of MoonGoat Coffee Company, showcased his passion and love in the coffee industry.

The Dock Station by Moon Goat isn't just a location; it's a multi-faceted event center, offering an adaptable environment for any event. Whether you're planning a corporate experiential event or seeking an intimate space for a small gathering, this place hits all the right notes.

I recently attended an event at the Docking Station and it was amazing. We were treated to a coffee tasting by the award winning coffee roasters themselves! It was out of this world. The Docking Station is super spacious, comfortable and perfect for any event.

I recently booked this venue for an event and had a fantastic experience. The staff and the venue were very communicative and helpful before and during my party. They were quick to respond and very obliging with how I wanted the space to be set up. Everything I needed they were able to assist with. The outside space was perfect to set up our taco buffet and ice cream cart. Also, the space had a very nice flow between outside and inside. Had a great time, guests had a great time, can not wait to have another excuse to use this venue.

We used this event space for our baby shower and it was perfect! Communication between us and the venue was awesome and they provided us with everything we needed, our food catering had easy access and plenty of room to set up on the back patio. It was awesome to open up the large doors to have fresh air and it made it feel really open and inviting. Our guests were able to order coffee drinks directly from moon goat which was a fun bonus. We had about 70 guests and it was very comfortable.
