Absolutely disgusted by the way they have their “guard dog” chained up and without any proper care to make him slightly comfortable.
This “guard dog” is a very sweet puppy and is absolutely living in horrible conditions only for the owner’s selfish needs. ANIMAL ABUSE and NEGLECT, are the kind of services this business provides.

This place of business abuses a young Doberman by chaining him 24/7 which is against CA law pursuant to HS 122335. They leave this poor dog tethered day and night. They should maybe spend some money on surveillance cameras instead of a “guard dog” they abuse. Junk yard dogs should be illegal in 2024! This went on for 3 weeks that I know of. Dr Prius was very rude, said it was his dog etc. LA Muni code 53.70 makes tethering illegal. Now the poor dog was suddenly given up for adoption. I hope he’s ok.

This business it using a gentle dog as a guard dog, meaning that they leave it alone at the business overnight. This is extremely outdated as no dog is going to stop someone from breaking in and stealing anything. In fact, it may get the dog unalived. If they are that concerned over property loss then they should get adequate business insurance coverage.

If I could give a zero I would. Animal abuse and neglect occurs here. The man leaves this young Doberman on a short chain and uses him as a “guard dog. ” No food or water. It’s terrible.

This business is abusing a young Doberman on the property, inside the shop! The young Dobie is on a chain to a carburetor 24/7 with not even enough slack in the chain to lay down. It is never moved from the spot it is chained to and used as a guard dog all night. With no ability to lay down the poor guy can’t even rest. There were donations of a dog bed made and the owner of the shop threw it away. The owner will not even agree to hand the dog over to someone who can give it a loving home.

Only place to take your Prius! I’ve tried other shops and they’re not able to give you fast service and pricing like this location! Recommend to all! Don’t read the BS people comment!

I payed the tax but gave mostly cash.
I realized he charged me a couple dollars that I'd given in cash to decrease tax.
He says, "oh ya I forgot you gave me the extra 2 dollars. It's okay".
So shouldn't he then give it back? Instead o had to ask for it and he got upset and frustrated with all the wrong math he was doing and threw 3 dollars on the table and told me to take 3 dollars. I took my two dollars and left lol. It's really just the principle. I have the right to just want the money I gave to avoid the tax in the first place. I wasn't really asking for it moreso pointing it out to make it clear. Just way more negativity than I needed that moment and probably more of that behaviour all around. No thanks.

The best shop ever. Just had my engine redone and breaks. Saved 40% on labor. Highly recommend this shop to anyone! Cheers!
