Doctors on Duty reviews
19Although the wait was long to see a physician, it was well worth the wait. The Dr.was kind, listened to me, my health history (my GP of 30 years retired recently) and took a wholistic approach to determine the next steps for me. I truly appreciated the staffs professionalism as well.
Wait time is over 4 hours. This may be the result of why hospitals are overwhelmed. DOD takes their time so patients could leave to the ER.
Friendly, professional staff. Was seen as promised, and PA was very knowledgeable and courteous.
They stop seeing patients hours before they close. Please change your advertised hours to reflect that. There is absolutely no excuse for an urgent care to have a patient in need of "urgent" care to be waiting close to 6 hrs to be seen. If they are charging insurances for "urgent" care services, it is a scam. Unfortunately there are no many options for urgent care in Salinas and they know that.
Don’t come or you’re gonna have to wait 1 whole day to be seen. What a joke. Please go to the one on Abbot street.
I was very satisfied with Dr. Sutterfield. Very knowledgeable and took the time to listen. Thank you so much
Dr shayna is awesome. Her staff is great. Shout out to Alondra, Fernando, Yilana and the rest of the staff. My brother has been treated very well by all.
Dr Stubblefield is the best. Kind, thorough and patient centric! Couldn’t recommend him enough.
When I can’t see my pcp dr I go here the people are so nice and eager to help. I have no company.
Came in right at opening time without an appointment. Fast and efficient. I was out of there in a little over 2 hours.
This visit was a long half day visit, but the staff were friendly and the Doctor was amazing! Most doctors make my daughter nervous, but this doctor (I forgot name) was very fun and spoke to her as the patient! He even called her out for rolling her eyes at me lol…bc she’s so damn sassy. He was thorough, patient and kind! I will keep coming to this location from now on.
Second visit was a female, Shaina (idk how her name spelled) she was kind, honest and thorough with my daughter. Not only that but the amount of info you get printed out so you know exactly what they did, what they prescribed and diagnosed!
They don’t turn ppl down so the wait is horrendous but the service is amazing!
Medical staff was great, professional, it's just the long wait, but I think it is because there are only 3 Doctors on Duty locations for the whole city of Salinas. I think it should be double. Thank you.
Wow this place shouldn’t even be open for the amount of time you have too wait is ridiculous, staff doesn’t seem busy whatsoever but you’ll still be waiting around 3-5 hours just to be seen it’s absurd especially since everything done here are minor procedures I recommend you see a personal doctor or even the ER would be a better suit don’t waste your time here because that’s all you’ll do literally!
Wait times here take forever for walk ins. Was told 2-2.5 hour wait time. It's been 5 hours and counting
The worst clinic i have ever visit! Rude people that DOESNT CARE AT ALL how your feeling plus if its something critical have in mind a waiting time of 2-3 hours if your still alive by then! Very unprofessional!
The wait is ridiculous. I called at 2: 30PM and asked if I needed to make an appointment. They said no that I could do it as a walk-in. I arrived at 3: 00PM and wasn’t seen till 6: 00 PM. The waiting room is another problem, acoustics are terrible, the receptionist sit way low and with all of the COVID shields in place you cannot determine where and from whom the voices are coming from. Poorly run and executed operation. Communication up front would have been nice. If I would have known I would have come in at 08: 00AM instead of burning over 3 hours of my valuable day.
New booking system works very well. I walked in. When the receptionist got to me, she said they could see me in about 4 hours. They would call me 15 minutes before the appointment. I went to my office in Spreckels and got a lot of work done until the call. It still works as an immediate care facility but very efficiently.
Only thing that sucked is the wait of 3 hours.other than that.flushed out my ear got the gunk out.so I can hear again
