Love the Doggie Spa! They always do an amazing job with my fur babies!

We used the self serve dog wash here. After entering and exiting the shop several times, calling out into the shop, and picking up the phone and calling the business number, someone came out to assist us. The guy working the desk told us all the tubs were good to go and offered us steps if we needed them to get the dog up (they're regular human showers but built at about waist level). The tub we chose didn't have all of the necessary supplies, which we didn't notice until we started. We were able to find some in one of the other tubs, but from a service perspective we were disappointed the worker didn't offer assistance since we clearly didn't know where to find supplies, but his apparent girlfriend had arrived and he was distracted. The towels at our station were all dirty, so again we went and found some from the other station. The equipment worked great, though, and paying at the end was a breeze.

The only other thing worth mentioning: the website says the dog wash is $15 and $5 off for new clients. We chose this location based off that price. When the worker quoted us $20 for the wash and my girlfriend mentioned it, he got kind of short with her and told her they haven't had access to the website "in YEARS" and the prices there aren't accurate and he wasn't going to give us that price.

Going with 4 stars because it's a local business and the equipment worked well, but it's more like 2 stars for service and 5 for the equipment.

This groomer is the best! There are wash stations with EVERYTHING you need or you can book with a pro groomer. I love that he only trimmed what needed to be trimmed. My dog's paws get out of control but everything else is good. I didn't know there was a groomer out there that would ask me what I want. They all want to cut everything so short because you're bringing your dog to the groomer, right? I would highly recommend this groomer for a wash or cut or both!
