Mark helped with off leash training for my puppy, and he’s doing great off leash and was helpful with teaching me how to use the e-collar properly!

Mark changed our life! We have a sweet boy, but he didn’t have great recall, and off leash skills. Our dog had a great time with Mark and learned valuable, lifesaving skills. Now he can go off leash, have more walks, and get more out of life. Thank you, Mark!

Mark is a phenomenal trainer. He took our ok behaved, sometimes listened golden doodle to a very well behaved, can take her anywhere, 95% (because let's be real, no dog is perfect) listening dog. She is a dream now and we will be going back for the occasional refresher and we've already referred 3 friends to him. His method of training works and it works quickly and sticks! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Mark made MAGIC happen with our 6 month old Belgian Malinois! These breeds are high energy so we definitely needed professional training. We knew that she would need lots of attention, and thought we were able to do training ourselves through videos and reading online, but there were so many methods, it became too hard and our patience was running out. We were treat training and she got too smart she only listened when she got a treat. She was all over the place; kitchen counters, couches, clothes, remotes, leash pulling, hated her crate, you name it. Mark was able to turn all that around in one week! He kept us up to date every single day she was with him which we really appreciated being able to see how she was progressing and most of all because we missed her and felt better knowing she was well taken care of! When she got home, she was 1000x better! Got in her crate and bed, slept all on her own. We even did “place” and left the room for 10 minutes and watched her on FaceTime to see what she would do and she stayed on her bed! No jumping on couches, people, kitchen counters, no biting! Everything we could ask for and more! We will be back for more training for even longer and so excited to see what she can do next! This is so worth it because it relieves so much stress from the entire family and for her that we are able to enjoy her and vice versa. Too many dogs are rehomed because they are not well trained. Hire Mark as soon as you get your dog! You won’t regret it! Thank you Mark!

Mark, is AMAZING! Our sweet Sofie (1/2 Golden, 1/2 Aussie) is 4 months old and we were struggling to train her and especially had difficulty with her pulling and biting at the leash, jumping, nipping, and overall not listening to basic commands. Mark had her for 1 week and she came back a completely transformed puppy. We went from feeling overwhelmed to literally having the easiest puppy! She is now listening to basic commands, walks amazingly off leash, no jumping and no nipping! I really don’t know how he accomplished that in just one week of training but we couldn’t be happier. We rescued a 4 month old terrier mix and he was so smart! From experience I didn’t want to start teaching him “bad habits” so I reached out to mark and got cooper in right away. The ecollar training blew my mind. It’s like an invisible leash. When cooper came home the stress of him running off was no longer there. I plan to continue working with mark in the future! Best Investment We Ever Made!

Our Staffy Woody is just under 2yrs old, a rescue, and has always been very difficult to handle. He barks constantly and jumps at people, birds and us! He’s very strong and pulls on the leash when walking.
We heard about Mark from a woman at Jack Creek Winery. She had seen Woody’s behavior and said she thought Mark could help us as he had helped with her own dog.
Woody spent one week with Mark and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Mark sent videos of Woody’s progress everyday so we knew he was improving but he’s like a different dog.
After we picked Woody up today we took him with us to lunch. So many of the other patrons stopped to tell us what a wonderful, well mannered dog we have. It was such as incredible and welcome experience.
We would highly recommend Mark to work with anyone’s dog that needs a little, or a lot of, help to become a pleasure to live with.

Mark was so awesome with my year old Aussie/Lab mix! He would always lunge on the leash, bark at strangers & other dogs. Just 2 days of Royce being w/ Mark I noticed incredible progress! Royce ended up staying w/ Mark for the 2 week program! I got him back 3 days ago & he’s a changed dog! Mark is amazing!

We brought our VERY HIGH DRIVE doggo to Mark for two weeks and WOW! He did AMAZING work with her! We got her home and walked her with no leash and I was honestly shocked at how great she was!

My 3 year-old, Boston terrier named Champ is a great dog. Like all dogs he had some flaws. He would pull hard on the leash while on walks, take off if I left him off leash on my front yard and stand off while walking past dogs. Champ was left behind at home from many family outings because of his behavior. I searched for a local dog trainer and found Mark. Mark worked with him for 1 week and what a difference it has made. Mark sent daily updates of Champ while at the park, on walks or socializing with other dogs. I am happy to share we now enjoy taking Champ on daily (sometimes twice a day) walks, hikes and to the park. We plan on staying consistent with what he’s been trained to do and what we have learned so we can bring him on outings this summer and enjoy more time outdoors. Thanks for your help Mark!

I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and DognPooch! We have four young kids and got a puppy last year that quickly turned into a very large, energetic dog. One week with Mark and she walks perfectly on and off leash, has excellent manners inside, and no longer jumps when people walk in the door. The difference after one week is amazing and so impressive! Mark sent videos every day showing us her progress and teaching us the commands and techniques so we could continue them at home. It has made a huge difference in how my kids are able to interact with her and brought so much peace to our home.

Mark took my crazy shepherd/bully/Aussie mix during a week I was going out of town to make it convenient for us to not have to send him to boarding. He is a wild 9 month old boy that is not yet neutered and doesn’t realize his size. He is now able to control himself so much better in every situation he’s in. He walks by our side on the leash and off. He stays in his bed when told and doesn’t decide when he’s going to listen or not listen anymore. Mark sends multiple long videos throughout each day and spends lots of time loving on and working with your dog. He even follows up with texts and answers questions after you pick your dog up. Highly recommend!

Mark works miracles! Only after one week of training with Mark, our 5 month old Minnie Aussie came home a different dog! She no longer barks at people, other dogs, or just because) She heals perfectly off leash - never leaves my side! She’s also very well behaved inside. Today was a big test - I told her to stay on her bed then went outside for 15-20 minutes. When I came back inside- she was still on her bed! Amazing! Thank you Mark!

I simply cannot say enough great things about Mark and his training program. I have a 145 lb.bull mastiff named Gordo. He is a big cuddle baby but he’s pretty spoiled in the house (my fault) and when out walking, he can easily cause me to fly through the air if he decides to chase a cat. Also, sometimes he would come when I called him and sometimes he wouldn’t. He is a young dog but as he grew bigger and stronger, I became increasingly more and more insecure walking him, knowing I didn’t have total control over him. My good friend suggested DognPooch and sent me Mark’s contact info. My husband passed away about 7 months ago, and I simply cannot express how important this dog has become to me. He is my buddy, my security and protector, but also was a bit spoiled and unpredictable. I was nervous to leave my him with a stranger but Mark made me feel comfortable right away. He sent videos the first day so I could see that Gordo made friends and was okay. The next day he sent videos of him walking Gordo and teaching him using the e-collar. The videos were super helpful! Mark talks the whole time to your dog and to you, explaining what he’s doing and why! I had no idea that’s how it was going to be the whole week and I loved every minute! Mark was training both of us. Whatever worries or stress I had, melted away, and I was happily learning with my dog all week. I felt like I was there on the walks and during the in home training. I had no anxiety at all about picking up my dog and how it was going to go. First Mark taught me how to work the e-collar, then we went to the park so I could practice. Gordo was a different dog. He was happily walking at my side off leash and every time I called him, he came right to me. I now have the tools I need to continue Gordo’s training. Mark has checked in on us a few times and has encouraged me to call or text him anytime I have questions! I cannot say enough about Mark and how much he has helped me and my sweet boy Gordo! 10/10 would highly recommend Dogn’Pooch to any person looking for dog training! We have used several trainers in the past and Mark is by far the best. My husband and I are beyond impressed with the results he was able to achieve in training both of our dogs.

Within less than a week of training, they were already walking off of a leash, coming when called, staying on their dog bed (even with multiple distractions or when he left the room), and were no longer barking at other dogs or nipping people. Mark’s approach to e-collar training is safe, quick, effective, and easy to continue with the methods at home.

His boarding program allowed him to spend multiple hours a day working with our dogs so that they were well-equipped with the training techniques upon returning home. He truly cared about each of our dogs and understood their unique needs to address so that the areas that were most concerning to us. He sent us multiple videos a day with updates and instructions on his training techniques so we could use them as a reference once our dogs were home. He was also prompt at responding to any questions we had.

As newly expecting parents, we needed to ensure that our new baby will be safe with our dogs, that friends and family could come over with ease, and that we can be in control of each dog, both inside and outside of the house, without stress from behavioral issues and safely being able to attend to our baby’s needs.

We are so glad that we put our trust in Mark and were able to gain so much value from the program and continued training. We now have two well-behaved, happy dogs that we are proud to have as involved members of our growing family!

Mark is as he sez and does! Great videos of the training as he’s doing the walks and indoor training! A master of his craft and always remember he is training you as well as the dog! Remi is now very attentive and wonderful to walk with and we will be continuing our training! Two thumbs up!

Mark was amazing from the absolute beginning! Mark listened to my concerns and the praise that I had for my dogs. He made a plan and emphasized training in the area that we needed in our house. He sent me multiple videos and updates throughout training and answered my questions about the sessions. Mark reassured me that he would walk me through everything and he did.
I wasn’t able to walk both of my dogs together before training, but now I can walk them both together off leash! Many of the behavior concerns that I brought to Mark have been addressed and we have seen amazing results. Now, I just have to apply the training to our house.
