Original pick up appointment at 0900 pm
Than my company changed it to 0100 am
Parked on the side of the road, walked at gate to check in.
Was told to go by door 30 to check in again at office.
Got door right away at 1030 pm
Got loaded in 45 minutes.

Experience are different depending on loads/orders.
There’s drivers lounge near door 1.

Has scale at gate at check out.

I've been here to pick up a load twice and it takes them forEVER to load you. I only gave him two stars because they've got a great taco truck that comes there.

Horrible place to load employees think they are orange vest police or something any little low wage salary employees from this facility thinks he can tell you what to do.

This facility is strict with an appointment time & only let you check in an hour before a scheduled time. Checked in at noon for 1 pm appointment & got loaded by 3: 30 pm. Decent driver’s lounge. Best part of this facility is a mexican food truck, one of best tacos I ever had there.

The check in guy waisted 5 hrs of mine for nothing.
He put the wrong order# and I got the wrong product.

Such a disappointment. I was the first truck on the property, and was on the dock for 6 hours to get loaded. Took them over an hour to even lock me into the dock. Then would put a few skids on the trailer. 20 to 30 minutes later a few skids. I hope I never have to come here again.

For friendliness. But I have been loaded now twice and I was over weight, second time load was too heavy to adjust 35180 rear was set at the 6 hole

Slow needs more people to load theses trucks faster and it should only a hour wait ensted of 6 to 9 hours

Appointment was for 10pm. Never got a call. Took three tries to get legal weights on thier scale. Finally out at 530am. 4 stars for being friendly and wasn't a bad time.

Had a good experience loading there. Nice and clean place! Took me 3 hours before my appointment.

They weren't very informative, and absolutely unfriendly. Guard was nice though. Loaded 4 hours after our appointment Time and rolling.

It's produce. Product is ready.it's fast.if it isn't.well u know. Not much around there. Bring stuff with u. Food drinks etc. Can park there. Dirt lot just past entrance. For those individuals that think I'm here I should load.forget it.they don't play that

Had a great experience. I was 3 hours late upon arrival. I was loaded and gone within an hour. Friendly people.

Watch backing into door. Prime driver hit my side mirror. Space between doors is kind of tight. Prime trainer will not teach students how to back up. Prime driver hit twice, and Swift hit me one time. Please watch out them

Weight, Piece Count and Pallet Count incorrect on BOL's. Make certain to notate shipper refusal to allow Driver Count on BOL's. Statement on paperwork above Driver Signature states Driver agrees with Shipper Count. Trailer License # is listed on bills, not trailer number. Very quick to load and provide paperwork, although incorrect.

Takes forever to load.also if over weight forget it.you'll be there all night.worse place to load.

Parking outside of the gate along the road, no services out here. Can check in at the gate one hour before appointment time. Large bullpen and lots of room to maneuver. Minimal wait for a door and quick to start loading. Drive lounge and restrooms located in building just west of dock 1. Everyone has been very friendly so far.
