Worst customer service, slow like a turtle and they have problem with every single persons reservation. Also for every single person to finish up its taking forever to finish. We booked a flight to get there earlier rather than drive couple hours and waited more than 2 hours in the line! What a shame. Only 3 workers in the whole working place but 8 screens. When you have a business you hire more people to work! Greedy business. Never never again. If i could give 0 stars i would but there is no option for 0 stars.

The booth for dollar is closed. They sent us to AlamoWhWho saidWe haveTo go downTo go down to go down stairs. We went downstairs and the booth was closed. It set us back up to second floor. Where we found out thrifty was handling both.

The GM manager Adam or Jerk*** as we will henceforth call him was the rudest manager of anything I have ever met. Constant attitude. Rude to the bone right off the bat. Even after complying with everything he wanted for a rental he told me he still wouldn't rent me the car. Complete and utter scumbag do not give Thrifty or dollar rentals ONE DOLLAR of your money. Give business that are happy to help their customers money

Future Customers - BEWARE! Complete scam! I rented a car from this company for 2 days which I had already paid for up front. I returned the car 2 hours early on the return date only to get an email 2 weeks later saying they charged my credit card 495.00 for returning the car 8 days late - they even have me on camera and still charged me! Don’t use this company. I’m still in the process of disputing the charges! Nightmare

At the pick up the first car I got into has a tire that's low in air and the next one was due for a oil change so I had to drive it back to the pick up lot and get into the only car left, causing delay in my travel plans. The first and last time I'm renting from Dollar car rental

Reaching Burbank rental cars and the people working at the counters there will keep sending you to the next counter. And you wait in the line all over again.

There are a ton of reservations for cars that have gone unfilfilled. They over booked and now we're waiting a few hours to maybe get our car. This is unacceptable. I know they know how to book a reservation, but they clearly don't know how to fulfill a reservation.

Super easy in and out at this smaller airport. It does take some walking to go across the street from the terminal to get to the rental car center ramp. Be aware of that.

Exceptionally poor service at the rental desk. The incompetence there took 10 to 15 minutes to process each customer, while the competitors were sending them away in 3 to 5. With a line of six or seven customers it took an hour to get processed. But asked to work faster, the attendant first pretended not to hear, and then simply said sorry I’m the only one here. Avoid if at all possible. Many better options.

Great price isnt always worth it. Making a reservation weeks in advance should give a rental car company at Burbank airport sufficient time to locate a car. The dozen people ahead of me and myself were told after waiting 30 minutes in line checking in that it would be another 30 minute wait for them to locate a car. I asked if they could could give car upgrades to speed the process and he told me to complain to the manager to get 50% off my next rental. Not renting here again.

This is a criminal enterprise. They have you pay for cars in advance and then not have cars. Never again. Also the person at the desk was rude and combative.

Saving money is not worth losing sanity.
We’ve had a reservation for two weeks and were told upon arrival they are short staffed and don’t have any cars ready. An Hour later and we are still waiting along with 20 other people. Seems they’ve rented out more than they actually have onsite. So much for getting to town early so we could enjoy a beach day during a quick two day trip. Would certainly not recommend and will never make this mistake again.

I’ve already been waiting 2 hours and still no car in sight. First we waited in one long line only to be put in another long line after being charged because they have no cars. Do yourself a favor and spend money on a car rental companies that are in possession of cars to rent. This experience is the equivalent of going to your bank and being told they’ve run out of money, except if your bank also charged you to stand in line.

Update: there isn’t even anyone working here anymore on a Saturday afternoon.

My WORST car rental experience ever! Waited 45 min in line to be told no cars were available and it would be 30 min wait. Then 30 min later, was told they had no idea when a car would be ready. Almost everyone else in line had the same problem and were upset. Manager never came out to explain what was going on or to apologize. I spent 2 hours there before cancelling my reservation and leaving. Will be filing a complaint. Totally unacceptable business practice. Never again booking with Dollar/Thrifty.

Worst experience ever, nightmare this there are more than 50 customers with confirmed reservation and there is a waiting line of 5 to 7 hrs it's 3: 44 am there is no food around and this people don't care. Check the reviews and you wil see Thai situation ocurre every single week.
Updated 3: 52 am and still no car

They don't count you made a reservation, even If you are Express member. So, don't pay before.
