4I shop my local dollar general about 4-9 times a month. From a customer's perspective the customer service has been a struggle to say the least I will say that the customer service I experienced August September of 2022 is nothing like the customer service that I continue to experience on an ongoing basis noticeably improved since the beginning of this year. There are a few standout employees that go above and beyond and I can definitely tell that they take pride in their own work ethic and it shines through. Specifically I am continuously impressed with Tasia, Avery and Devontay. It absolutely makes a 1000 percent difference in where I want to spend my money, as opposed to dollar general being my last resort because of the convenience. Lately it's been my go to for all of my crafting needs. I would love to see my favorite associates promoted to the management team. So that great service is the prototype. Please keep up the good work!
This is a great store. There is a lot of merchandise at this store and the prices are even better
Very friendly staff and most of the time they have what I need. If they could just keep non handy cap people from parking in the handicap parking spots
Good prices, but there's almost always a bunch of homeless people waiting outside asking for money. Have not gone here in a while because of that.
