They are not customer centric at all. I moved out of California over a year ago and asked if I could transfer primary ownership to the secondary account holder. After months of ignoring me and transferring me to other “managers” they responded saying, “policy dictates that I have to transfer ownership in person. ” I responded and asked for an exception given the circumstances and they proceeded to give me the run around yet again. I regret going to this company for storage due to their horrible customer service and inability to take action on behalf of their customers.
