Impossible to contact anyone here. Chat bots only. Order marked "shipped" over a week ago. Tracking provided is fake.have they really sunk this low?

Sent me a heritage handle and heritage blades, but the blades won’t stick to the handle. No number to call and they won’t answer messages on Facebook. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Switching to Harry’s

Worst customer service in history no one actually works here you just get computer and 10 thousand of how they will eventually get back to me. I order monthly club but never sent handle for razors.

Horrible customer service. It has been 8 business days & still no response regarding 2 missing items that were not sent to me. They have no phone number to call. Or live chat with a customer service agent. Only email. Which they clearly do not respond to. Even though I really like their products, this experience is making me want to take my business elsewhere.

First off, let me say that Dollar Shave Club has great value for the money. I've only had experience with the blades and handles and they are of good quality. After a couple of months, I found I was getting more blades then I was using, plus I had since decided to grow a beard. So as you can imagine, I didn't need as many razors. So I canceled my subscription. Again, this whole process was simple and easy, no complaints at all.
Recently, I have been shaving a bit more and my handle broke for my razor. Keep in mind, I still have at least 16 blades never used, but am still in need of a new handle.
No problem right?
Dollar Shave Club have up to this point had great customer service. I went on the website, filtered it to show only handles and blades and saw there were only 2 options of handles. The only difference being colour.
I decide to order 2 and the handles arrive a couple days later. I open them up, only to discover that the way they connect to the blades has changed. Ok, so I guess they've updated their handles. No problem, I haven't used these handles at all, so I'll just send them back. The 2nd one I didn't even take out of the wrapped package.
I email requesting either blades to replace my old ones, or return my handles and send 2 older models (if they even have them anymore).
I would also like to state here, that in my email to Dollar Shave Club I said that I loved their product (I do) and would subscribe again, once I run out of blades (I will).
They responded saying they cannot accept returns at this time because the nature of their products. I would understand that if it were the blades I was trying to return, but these are handles I cannot even use.

I don't even mind paying the shipping, but I do think I should be able to return these and get the new handles. Again, willing to pay, not looking for anything free, just an understanding and better customer service.

Something to think about.

There was confusion about blades that cost me a lot of money, and they quickly fixed it at no cost to me and added shave lotion for the trouble, and from the sounds of it, it wasn't even their fault to begin with. Amazing service!

Their products are great and the prices are reasonable! This is enough to deserve a 5-star rating. But, recently, my complex didn't fix the mailboxes so the post office refused to send us mail until the mailboxes were fixed so I couldn't get my box from dollarshaveclub.com since it got shipped back. The dollarshaveclub.com customer service sent me a brand new box for free! That's great customer service

The Dollar Shave Club does not sell blades on their website, as far as I can tell. I looked and looked and looked and looked and looked. I even tried to contact them by pressing the "contact information" at the bottom of the website. No luck. No contact information.

I wanted to give Dollar Shave Club some money (well, in return for some blades). Their website and system makes it nigh impossible for me to buy from them.

A shaving company that does not sell blades? 1 out of 5.

The products are awesome! I wish I could turn this around though.

Less than 50% of the time their products come in a box similar to the pictured condition. Smothered with either the shaving cream, shampoo, or other pleasantly smelling liquids. The service rep I texted, asked how much can be salvaged; like it's my responsibility to go see what she had to resend. Her response should have been (like the first rep I talked to for my first package), "I'm sending you a fresh box now, what's your address? "
And don't worry DSC, I will also be writing a horrible and scathing review for the USPS. But the cap on the shampoo wasn't even on the bottle at all.
It smells wonderful. And after I SALVAGED everything else I was actually grateful to have this midday cleansing. But to be honest, my day is already filled with mishaps. I have a 5 year old and 8 year old. This was the last straw.

They don't answer their phones no valid emails all correspondence were returned as "not a valid email" seems like a scam there is no reason to hide from the consumer.

Products are OK.
There is no way at all to deactyour account. So your stuck. I've tried contacting them on the phone, I've emailed their help center, I've "chatted" with a robot. I am beyond frustrated.

This is not a review for the product!
Just wanted to say the advertisement (the hair stuck on the blade) is really gross!
This is an honest opinion and hope you change it with something creative!

Been a subscriber for a few years. Used to be great but the past several months things have gone way downhill. Deliveries are consistently getting lost (4 "lost deliveries" in 3 months!) and the quality of the handles is now terrible. I'm going through one handle per month! Not cool. I shave just my head with these, never had an issue until lately. The springs seem weaker and no longer flex back to where they are supposed to be.
