Dollar Tree, Valley Village CA

Well stocked every time I come. I especially like the arts & crafts section. It's great for last minute school projects for the kids!

It has a good cross section of items of good quality. The aisle of school supplies ranks up there with Lakeshore teaching supplies. I have to go back. They were out of the apple cinnamon carpet deodorizer.

Everything went well as usual. They needed more cashiers though. At one point the line was halfway down an aisle and only one register open. But by the time I was ready to check out that problem was solved. Very friendly staff

I'm not always find what I want compare to the big 99cent store today.but they have things u need and want always.stuff are kind.

Not much to complain about! Lol pretty decent location wise & convenient as well the best thing about this location is it's never too busy or overcrowded & they maintain their best to keep the store looking neat and organized

I had a very unpleasant situation just now with one of the store managers, Jovelyn. I had bought balloons two days before for my daughter's high school graduation, by the time it was night the balloons already deflated. I went to the store next day so I can get someone to re-inflate the balloons. The lady I talked to wasn't helpful at all I calmly approached explaining my concern for the balloons but she was just rude about the situation. She kept saying to show her the receipt because she didn't believe me but I didn't accept a receipt when I first purchased the balloons because I didn't think I would return balloons back. I tried cooperating with her to re-inflate the balloons but the only way she did was to rebuy the balloons again just so she can fix them. This was an awful service by Jovelyn I expected a reasonable or even respectable situation to be resolved but I only experienced rudeness and negativity.

Hats off my friends - all customers kept away from cashier, only 8 ppl in store at a time.cashiers had gloves on. Lets keep social distancing!

Wonderful service - had tuna on hand during these crazy times for $1 - as opposed to markets for $1.59! Same brand. Employees are great.

If you are on a budget this is the place to shop. Food, household goods, hardware, tools, stationary, paper goods Etc. Well organized and good service.

This store is nice and clean and price is right and cash registers person are all the nicest one in town. I love this branch the most.

Parking is easy they have their own lot. A wide variety of items including some frozen foods but only downfall is no produce. There is a Jons Market next door however, that has great produce.

Its a little annoying at times that there isn't much customer service, and you can't always find what you saw there last time, but I guess that is in the nature if this kind of store. Still a great place to cost control while buying basic household needs. And much more pleasant than some of the competition.

I love this store because it shows how corrupt the United States of America is with Ralphs, Gelson's, Vons, hideous loathsome sticking American corporations that are screwing us with their overpriced shity merchandise. Visit dollar stores and also visit Jons Market and let's get rid of these goddamn stinking f****** major companies like Gelsons. All of them are run by elitist white male CEOs. These guys are the greatest enemy of the USA.

They have a great selection, especially of party supplies and holiday decorations. Took away 1 star b/c there never seen to be enough cashiers, but it's not a huge problem. Wish I could rate more like a 4.67

Staff is very nice.it is a smaller store so the selection is not as vast as some of the other LARGER dollar trees but this is nice and tucked in a great residential area.

Because it was so clean all the merchandise and products were in plain sight and neatly arranged. And let's not forget the great value at a reasonable price. One dollar.

Useful when I need to grab something late a night by my house. Decent selection but not reliable.
