Dollar Tree, Poway CA

Fell in love with their garden supplies especially during the spring. Also love exploring the kids section for some fun and inexpensive toys!

I enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree especially with the excellent customer service I always receive from Diane or Liane, hope I got her name spelled correctly, She’s always professional, able to multitask, gets the job done, even when she’s the only one at the register and has a line of customers, she’s quick to serve them. She’ll go above and beyond in helping her customers and always with a smile. She is amazing!

I found a lot of stuff for a birthday party I was setting up. I was able to get a lot for little.

Can always find great things for crafting here and other knickknacks. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Well the dollar store is now the dollar twenty five store but still worth it. The poway store was clean, quick and friendly. So I would recommend it.

This store was very nice inside and had items many stores didn't. Line moved quickly and the employees were very nice.

Wow, best dollar tree I've ever been to! No line even a week before Christmas? ! A true miracle huge selection, and they even have the quality radiant tampons and pads! Wow

Good prices, eclectic collection of things for sale and tends to be Very messy. However employees try very hard to help customers. Gets very crowded.

Always a pleasure to shop at Dollar Tree, Poway. Very close to my apt, and I aways go for the newspaper! Old School I know!

I can always count on this location to have a good selection of staples and holiday supplies. It's better organized and cleaner than most other locations I've been to.

Today my husband and I went into Dollar Tree in Ramona. The inside of the store is neat and clean. The staff is polite.
But for some time the front of the store is trashed. It looks so bad. I've seen some pretty awful items of trash lying around. Partially eaten food and drinks, used masks and tons of other stuff.
Today they only had one cashier yet there were other employees. There was a long wait in line. My husband is disabled and I'm in a wheelchair from recent foot surgery. We are not blaming the girl at the register. It's not her fault.
One employee did come over to the next register and all of us in line were hoping that meant someone was going open another register but nope. They walked away to the back. This happens sometimes when we go there which isn't that often. Would rather ho to 99¢ Store because they keep the lines moving.
My husband while standing in line today at Dollar Tree called the store on his cell phone. You could hear their phone keep ringing and ringing. An employee in line in front of us was buying a drink and we heard him say to the cashier he'd answer the phone if it was still ringing when he was done paying for his drink. My husband decided to just hang up.
My husband was calling the store to get another cashier to come in from the back.
Seems like there is bad management at the Ramona, Dollar Tree Store.
