Dollar Tree, Chula Vista CA

I went to this store to buy some Christmas stuff and other things. When I went to register 2. I said “Hi” to the cashier named Abby. She did not respond or look at me at all. I said “Hi” again and no respond as if she was deaf. No good customer service. She’s not supposed to be at the register. I think she doesn’t like working as a cashier. She’s not doing her job. Not customer friendly. Maybe she just choose the customer she wants to interact with. Well, she has to treat the customer equally on wether the customer has disability or not, ugly or beautiful, homeless or whatever. The manager and supervisors has to enforce the cashiers on being able to do the customer service. I didn’t even hear cashiers greet the customer when coming in. No welcome greeting. They are not happy. Other Dollar tree stores I went to has good customer service. Maybe next time I see the cashier again on this store, she will be an excellent customer service friendly. The manager should be a little strict on all employees and should be the role model. I hope every cashier on this store will be friendly and please… smile.

This is the second time i went there and they don’t put all the stuff i paid for in my bag. I am tired of paying for stuff only to find out when i get home it’s not in the bag.

JANELLE JANELLE! Omg this has been the worst cashier EVER! This cashier watched me place all my stuff on the register next to her that had the light on. After I waited for a while I asked her where was the person that's supposed to be at the register and she simply said it's closed. I question her why didn't she tell me that when she watched me put stuff down. She said " Like I'm supposed to know what your doing and it's not my job to" Janelle went on to argue with two other customer including her supervisor who had to tell her several times to please stop. The supervisor asked her to please take her break and Janelle refused to. Janelle slammed other customers stuff and even double charged others. Janelle told customers they could leave and continued to argue. The supervisor was embarrassed and apologized numerous times.

It was nice and clean and the people were nice on the bottom line if you need to save money, this is definitely your place

They ran out of helium again for the graduation balloons I needed. They always run out of balloons and helium for the big holiday celebrations.

The employees in this location are horrible. I sat in line for 10 minutes then I got to the front then he told me oh no I’m closing so the lady will help you at register 1. I go to register 1 and no one is there for 3 minutes while there is a giant line piling up behind me. Then he goes oh she isn’t ready yet I’ll halo you on register 4. Then oh she is ready go to register 2. All have attitudes and really need an adjustment.

It has everything. Their holiday decor inventory is actually a lot better than others in the county. If you can't find what you need then you aren't looking.

Very crowded. Opened 2 registers when they called for backup. Clean and they had everything I needed.

What can I say about a dollar store? It's clean, friendly, and full of stuff for a buck. Great place for balloons and cards

Dollar tree was great I've been to like four in the last week and this one was a very organized very friendly service and great selection of balloons!

Understaffed. They NEVER have more than one register open every time I come, and the place is dirty and unorganized. Who the heck stocks ice cream bars on the shelves OUTSIDE of the freezer?
At least the staff is friendly.

Complete waste of time, store is dirty and just pretty much chaos, employees are rude, stuff is just shoved everywhere, probably the worst dollar tree i have ever been to. At this location it was not just one time the store was like that. Its everytime i have ever been there. Someone is going to get hurt and trip over something.
