Dollar Tree, Chico CA

I usually love coming here for house hold stuff however tonight I came in at 9: 30,30 minutes before closing to grab 2 items and immediately they announce closing in 30 minutes alright. 10 minutes later I come up to the front and as I'm walking toward Tammi she gets on the intercom to announce we're closing in about 15 minutes.hangs up, While making eye contact with me says "SO GET OUT". I reply I am. She tells to stop and runs up and unplugs a cord. Literally stunned by this older ladie's outburst that was beyond rude, unprofessional and honestly mean. There was still 17 minutes until closing and it's not like I ran in last minute. I'm appalled, I was quick polite and truly didn't deserve to be talk to like human trash.

Why did my husband have to listen to a cashier talk about how she doesn't believe in vaccines. How she doesn't get her child vaccinated. Please just stop!

They've been closed awhile due to AC issues.but still no excuse for not opening a 2nd checker line when the line was 10+ people long! She said they were having "log in issues" with the other check stand.but there were more than 2 check stands! She was more worried about the fact they were closing "in 8 minutes".

Shop Dollar Tree and TraderJoe's in same area. It's great. Both stores have everything we use. Thank u️️

Big plus: they stay open fairly late in comparisons to other dollar trees. Big negative: lack of products. Not well stocked. Had none of the newer products I see online, and pretty cramped store. Poor use of space. Lots of parking. Good location

All 3 guys working today we’re rude, the line was long only one cashier and 2 guys stocking asked if they could help and they said no were busy, the only cashier says if you don’t like it leave, so we left what a joke customer service means nothing apparently. We won’t be back either have a good day.

What going on been a shoper in your store over 10 year. Ty oday I have a clerk tell me no back packs to you just lost over a 100 sell

Very happy with Dollar Tree. Variety of items. Nice Staff. Store is clean and easy to navigate isles. Thank u️ good bargains

I like this store. There are a lot of great things from $1 to $5, the products are discounted and much higher at grocery stores, and they are name brands.
There have been so many that say, in the service dog group, are saying they are aolpproaching them. It's said rhat they have even taken down their Federally required "service dog ok sign. " If this is true, it's $1500.00 per event and will go to the offended party.
