Extrey! Dirty. Mask and gloves outside in the parking lot. Bags and bags of trash right by the strore. 100 of old ballons deflared inside the store and only one cashier for a line of 7-10 people.

Very cool gift shop. Everything is high-quality and very unique. Great postcards and one-of-a-kind San Francisco items in many different forms. It is a pricey store, but I left very happy with the gifts I purchased. A hidden gem in the Inner Sunset.

Customer service was horrible store shelves were a mess and parking lot was a mess very dirty.

I love the cool vibes of thIs spot. The staff is so helpful and friendly and there's always something new to love. I get a lot of gifts here and while I do loVe how much people like the gifts, I go because of the experience of getting them! This place is fun and there's a lot to do in the area, too. Perfect destination, or a great place to start a daytime adventure!

Filthy parking lot, no bags for your purchase.they only had boxes and I was rudely told that no one WOULD help me with them. I have back issues

I usually avoid coming here because the very few times ive gone, there's always just one cashier with a long line of people nearly reaching the back of the store, it is ridiculous.plus its messy too

Yes the parking lot has much to be desired homeless & homeless trash. But this stor is stocked with needed items & never lets me down down in down

This Dollar Tree is not trashy at all. And the most important thing is that every single employee will go all over the store to make sure you can find everything you want and need.

Val the manager was a great help in helping my daughter find the Materials she needed for a project for school. Best costumer service I have ever had at a dollar store. This location has a good amount of stuff for everyday use. Well stocked.

First time here and second time at a dollar tree. As usual they have a good amount of stuff for a dollar. What else do you expect? For me tho It's rather small, and long wait in one register.

Horrible customer service CINDY CASHIER please fire her. Saw her treat a customer like crap then when i was up next she did the same to me.she got extremely upset because i put the basket with my items on the top she through out all my stuff very rudely then had the nerve to stand there n argue with me. I refuse to shop at this store again

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You need a better manager Valerie was of no help! Felt horrible for your hard working cashier tiffany trying to accommodate all the frustrated customers in line. She asked Valerie for help but all she said tell customers to wait! Instead of jumping in to help.

Went in to order 30 balloons and a girl by the name of Valerie helped me out, she was so patient with me as I keep changing my balloons and even offered a better arrangement. Awesome customer service.

Big selection of Christmas items. Lots of other house wares, snacks, frozen foods and paper products. Larger than most Dollar Tree Store's. Friendly staff.

I love this dollar tree because there are things I can't find somewhere else, but that's just like any other 99¢, some have things that others don't.

Only one register is open every time I go, understocked, the parking lot and their sidewalk is extremely trashed. They have friendly workers but that's not always enough. The store is in a good location (near many homes) they should upgrade to get more service.

Not the best, not the worst bad enough to not want to go shop there again.
