Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of gear. They also have a ton of classes and trips to choose from.

I want to start by expressing our genuine appreciation for Dolphin Scuba; they've consistently proven themselves as an exceptional establishment, and we find ourselves visiting quite frequently. Today, I'm compelled to share our recent experience, all thanks to an extraordinary member of their team – Brandon.

Recently, I encountered a problem with my dive watch and transmitter, and Brandon stepped in to assist. Not only did he connect me with the manufacturer to address the issue, but he also tirelessly supported me throughout multiple stages over the course of a few weeks. It's individuals like Brandon who truly elevate the quality of service at this shop. Kudos to him for being an invaluable asset!

***NOT BIPOC FRIENDLY***I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Matt Estrada. They recommended my son take private lessons for 3 hrs. When I asked reasoning (as in compared to just retaking a class), this guy says "you are paying for these instructors to be away from their families. " I have enough battle buddies that have lost their limbs and lives, sacrificing time away from their families, not to mention my own war tours. So for me, that was a little inappropriate. When I told him I was charged three times, this guy argued with me and told me I was not. He broke down the charges and only identified two times in which I was charged, so I showed him my bank statement with three charges. That's when he said it was a charge for equipment and he did not include that information because it was not a charge for an actual class. Talk about causing confusion! Since it was my son taking the class, I had asked that they please alert to me any new charges. They agreed, but failed to do so on the third charge. This guy was nasty and passively racist. He started bullying me stating that he has me on camera agreeing to the charge. I told him I was only contacted about the plans for the weekend. He never apologized for his rudeness and never apologized for giving me incorrect information. If you have to work with this company, ask for Steve.

Julie L.is simply the best…. A lady who is both patient and knowledgeable. I know it’s a Scuba shop but there is also a large selection of snorkeling gear. She explained how the various air tubes worked and she was especially helpful when it came time to choose a mask. I wear glasses and I needed the lenses in my mask to be close to my eyeglass prescription. Julie and the other staff member were great in finding lenses that were appropriate for me. Thank you so much Julie L.

The facility is decent the location is not. Parking is horrendous very small Spaces and difficult at times to find one. Their system and communication with you on rescheduling things is lacking. The people inside are awesome So if you're going for actual scuba purposes it's great If you're there for kids and learning to swim it's a hit-and-miss dependent on which teacher you get and what they're doing.

After attending swim lessons with my son for 8 months I will no longer be using this swim school. I would not recommend this school unless you enjoy having your child’s instructor changed without notice every two months. It’s truly disappointing.

My toddler has been taking swim classes here since October 2022 since he was 14 months old. Since day one all the instructors/employees have been such a delight. Starting out, my kid was scared and would cry. Quickly he gained comfort with the staff and the pool. Now he kicks, scoops, and knows to hold his breathe underwater! He is even happy to go in Sequoia's (the instructor) arms! The price is reasonable and they allow make-up classes when you reschedule - which is so needed when you have little kids. Check em out:)

Dolphin is the nicest, family friendly, professional swimming school I could ever hope for. Talented teachers, great friendly staff. Could not be happier. Here with our almost 4 year old granddaughter. She loves it too.
