Domino's Pizza, Fontana CA

Bad customer service, they gave bad pizza it had raw pieces of dough, I called them cause they forgot to give me my chicken wings, the lady answered called me a lier, I will never go there again.

Pandemic like. You have to call and let them know your there. And then they bring you your food and hand it to you over a table. Then take your money and run back and get your change. But better then paying five bucks for delivery. That's like two beers. Lol
Don't drink and drive.

Don't review and drive.
You know what? Just say home. Pay the five bucks you cheapskate.

They stepped up there Taste and quality. I enjoy them over their competitors in 2020.
Staff is quick and friendly.

Horrible everytime i come here its the same thing. Rude staff, always mess up my orders and who ever was at the front today on 5/29-20 was very rude she gave me my order wrong told her to her face n asked for me to call n tell her through phone even tho i told her already, called put me on hold to answer wait time more then 3 minutes n hung up. Fire her to bad i didnt get her name but chubby hipsanic girl

We ordered Sprite, they called & said they didn't have it, so we replaced it with diet coke, of which they only gave us One when we ordered Two. Also, they didn't give us our dressing, we should have received with the salad we ordered. Next time, "IF" THERE IS A NEXT TIME, we won't Prepay and give a 20% Tip. So disappointed.

I order pizza online and when pick up they say credit card only no cash. I was upset and cancel order. Website said pay in store cash. Very bad service never go there again.

I was very upset and disappointed with my pizza. I love dominos but this pizza was disgusting. It was overcooked and did not add the extra cheese or light sauce I ordered. I could not even eat half of it. They should definitely offer me a free pizza but I doubt they will. Future customers, go to another dominos.

Organized people and were good. Had a thin crust pizza with some customized deals. It was good and they gave it hot. The price was fair for me. Thumbs up for that.

Received text that pizza was in the oven. Waited 10 minutes to go pickup pizza and they were barely putting pizza in oven. Not good customer service.

Quality is below average for price. If you pay a little more you can get a real pizza from Bella's on East/Baseline.

Update: Recently their quality has really improved and good deals.

Great Customer Service. Teresa was absolutely AMAZING. My client loved the pizza and they said that it arrived hot and the delivery guy was super friendly. Everything was on time. Thank you Fontana, CA Dominos.your team was amazing

Delicious pizza! But no menu! We had to recall all menu to customize our pizza. Menu is a must have!

The worst Domino's experience I've ever had in my life. Absolutely no consideration for the customer and lack of empathy, after keeping me waiting for more than 25 mins without actually acting on my order. I've never seen a more disorganized set of people. Never coming back!

Service was poor and people were rude. They said my order was ready for pick up, but when I got there they couldn't find it. After a long wait they found it and actually thought I was going to pay for a cold pizza. I asked for the $20 back, and they gave me all $1's

The worst pizza I’ve ever had!
1. Orders incorrect
2. A piece of slice was missing
3. Cheese burnt
4. Air bubbles
5. Bottom crust, hard as Tortilla chips

I called and told them what happened, they offered the next meal on then.

Waited In line for 11 minutes for you to skip me, start another line and help other customers at 8: 22pm on 6/22. I love Domino’s but this place is the worst.

Really low service everything normal I order the pizzas and some chicken wings for my family they took my card information and told me it was going to be delivered in an hour so I told my folks that pizza was on the way so we waited for an hour and ten minutes and nothing i called them then they put me in hold for 3minutes then i call back and ask for the manager and i ask this person about my order and he said that apparently they dont deliver this way, so I got upset and I told him how come they did not tell me that on the first place, all he said is that he apologized for the inconvenience but I told him that it was not so much about the pizzas it was that they did not let me know fromt the beginning that they did not deliver were I live, that guy say something about been there for 37 years I really dont know what his point was, forget this place be careful when u go there they have a bunch of incompetent personal working there

The employees are kind and helpful. The food was great. We were all kind of sick of having pizza but the way it was made was very impressive.

This location always does a great job. It is my closest Domino's even though they are pretty far from us. They always deliver when promised and sometimes are early.
