There policy about no one in the lobby is absolutely insane. They were rude and ridiculous about it. We will never be back

The pizza the wings and the cheesy bread where are wonderful. It took a little longer then normal but they gave me a 2 liter soda we're waiting. This Dominos the crew is always so polite and awesome and thanks to them for working during the pandemic. Keep up the good job.

I'm so glad that Domino's changed there pizza for the better. The pizza flavor is so delicious now. I ordered the sausage pan pizza and it was so flavorful, the parmesan bread bites are also the family's favorite. We also ordered the carbonara pasta and I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness. I have been ordering Pizza Hut for years and didn't even know what I've been missing. I will definitely be ordering from them next time I want pizza.

I usually don’t do delivery but me and my wife were exhausted from taking care of our newborn so we decided to order a pizza. Denesha delivered for us and she was so happy, polite and kind. Our short interaction at my door completely made my day. She arrived in great time even though I live far from the store and the pizza was still very hot. Great job and thank you Denesha! And the pizza was great too!

We are a regular customer of Dominos on Hwy 18 Apple Valley. Majority of orders we have delivered and can say that every delivery has always been a pleasant experience! Delivery staff are always on time, very friendly and accommodating! We have never had anything missing or our order incorrect. The food is always hot, made as we ordered and fabulous! Because of all of this, we continue to go back again and again. Thank you to everyone involved!

I love their pizza and they have a white sauce that is delicious. I'm not a red sauce fan so it's perfect for me. I have it with chicken and it is yummy. I also love these bread pieces, I don't know what they're called but they are so good.

Placed order for delivery. The hand tossed sausage and black olive medium pizza. The crust was doughy, to much sauce, not cooked right. The cinnamon twists were very oily.

Only thing not so fast is their card readers. They also only have 1 card reader for 4 computers.

Just got a Hawaiian pizza from this place and it’s hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Bleh.

Three orders in a row that they either forgot something or the order was wrong. The last time they didn't bring an order of wings. When I called they said either I could come get it or it would be 1.5 hours till it got back. I asked to talk to the manager Since I had paid for the delivery and that 1.5 hours wasn't acceptable since they had messed up the order, and he wouldnt even get on the phone. So not wanting to wait that long I drove there and the manager still wouldn't talk and told another employee to tell me he was too busy.this place seems to be consistently going down hill and they were very rude.

Domino's has definitely stepped up their pizza. I haven't had a pizza that good from them ever!

I'm not sure what happened here at this dominos. I've been going to this dominos for 4 years, today was the first time I've ever felt like this store was horrible. The customer service was horrible. Store wasn't clean, employees didn't really want to help customers, the employees were actually really rude. I've worked fast food it sucks, I get it. If you hate your job find a new job.

This Domino's is great, whether we having it delivered or carryout. The food is always on time hot and yummy!

If I could give a negative star, I would. I’m disappointed with their customer service for one. I ordered online and I had called them to make sure I didn’t order it as carry out, but for delivery and Casey had an attitude when he answered the phone and said my food was already out for delivery. When the delivery lady got here she had a positive attitude and then when I realized she didn’t give me the beverage I ordered she said it wasn’t on the receipt so I pulled out my phone to show her that I certainly did order one. I called Dominos to see if I could get a refund and the girl that answered the phone said she was going to talk to her manager and hung up on me. That’s when I called back 4 times and they didn’t answer my calls. On the 5th call they answered and it was Yvette and she said she was going to talk to her manager I told her to let me speak to the manager because last time they said that they hung up on me and kept ignoring my calls. One of the shift leaders Casey then got on the phone and told me he couldn’t do a refund for my soda but that he’d still have it delivered. I asked him if he was the general manager and that’s when he said no, but that he’d give me store credit and that he confirmed it with his general manager. Overall, I’ve worked fast food before and I understand if something went wrong, but them not wanting to give me a refund for not getting what I ordered on time is unbelievable. Their customer service was very unprofessional, besides the delivery lady she apologized and brought me the beverage. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this specific dominos.

Literally cannot put the marinara in the box, i've ordered from here several times and they always forget it. Demand $15/hr for minimum wage in California but can't even check the order before delivering it.

Be sure to look for coupons online before you order. I got a large thin crust pizza with three toppings and the cinnamon desert for under $10. I love thier super thin, cracker like crust. Earn points and free pizza if you join thier rewards club. I personally love thier lava cake but I think it's way overpriced. My favorite pizza is the thin crust with bacon, mushrooms and olives.

We walk in give us a number were 5th in the screen. But when our number was ready they did not gave our order. We were told that was not ours. Bad place to buy.

I haven't had Domino's in years and now I remember why. The pizza isn't really that good. The bread sticks, cinnasticks, and customer service we're good though so I'm did give them a couple of starts.
