Domino's Pizza, Downey CA

Very disorganized I tried the carside option it didn't work, my pizza came overcooked almost uneatable by the time I realized I was already at home I didn't returned it because it was to hot outside111°f, I didn't feel like Making another trip, the best thing I can do is to prevent others from coming to this store, even little caesars is better.

Showed up expecting to walk in, oops. They are working full force, just not at the counter. Many delivery guys in and out, seems very efficient. Next time I WILL use the app or call ahead. Boneless wings and Cheesy bread, fantastic.

I just called for a delivery from a employee bye the name Ashley, and she said I told her carry out but instead of continuing my order she decided to make a big deal about her being right! Lost a customer because horrible customer service! Good job Ashley

Ordered a pan pizza and they skimped on everything. I specified extra sauce and they barely put any on. Pizza had "bald spots" on four different places. What a shame.

Got the wrong pizza, didnt noticed until I got home.called them and they said it would take a long time to get one delivered to me

Unfortunately today I had to deal with an Alondra who was very rude and clearly failed Customer service 101. I hope to hear back from the general manager Ernie or the supervisor Sophia. Never again will I support this business and I recommend you all do the same. Spend your hard earned money at a business that appreciates your business.

Very friendly there are some little stairs so kids like me can see the pizzas being made it’s really good

Labeled as "delivered" on the tracker, didn't arrive until a hour later (meaning 1 hr and 45mins total), and the pizza was obviously cold and had been driven around town. We live 1 mile away

I have never had an issue at this facility. No issues with ordering, pick up or delivery. Everything tends to be in stock. Parking is a different story but that's not their fault.

For under $10 for a pickup for a decently made large 3 topping pizza, totally worth it. The staff who served me was polite too.

The place is superb and broad, the menu was delicious and the rates were very reasonable.rapidly, effective service and very friendly waiters. Highly recommended.

They r ALWAYS PROVIDING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY HANG UP THEY NEVER ADD GARLIC BUTTER ON THE CRUST. AND THEY DON'T CUT OR COOK THE PIZZA RIGHT. THIS IS TO MUCH.

I ordered a pizza and hours passed by before actually receiving my pizza, when I got the pizza there was a whole pizza missing so I called at least 5 times without getting an answer and being hung up on and ignored. Horribleeeee service

Fast service, food ok, pizza got bad over the year, not store problem but a franchise, there getting cheaper compere 20 years ago.

Waited for delivery for an hour never recieved any calls on the order tracker it says delivered. I call In only to be told they tried calling and recieved no answer. I left delivery instructions and was on my phone the whole time and didnt receive any calls. They asked me if I would like to get it delivered again but it would be another 30 mins. What a joke this has happened to me twice now, never again.

I order from this location on a regular basis. They never disappoint me. I always pick up though, I don't know how the delivery is.

Wrong ingredients and after I order they did they have no change for $50 when there no signs no high bills I ask for receipts they said I don't get one bcz I paid cash an employee wouldn't give me her name and I found out that she was the store manager Bertha

I placed an online order at 8: 52 pm. As of 9: 45 pm, pizza had not arrived yet. I called to cancel order and the lady that answered was rude. Terrible service.
