Domino's Pizza, Sacramento CA

So maybe I'm over thinking this but I decided to order a pizza for pick up, once we arrived we waited for a while, while waiting we noticed the pizza maker was not wearing gloves, now I'm sure they must wash but I literally saw her open doors touch trays ext and she would come back and dig her hands into the food! So unfortunately it was too late to get my money back but I decided to not eat it and will not be returning back because of this. Very disappointed.

Pasta, pizza. Wings and a very friendly manager. Shot my shot, got denied but the service was great will definitely come a back again

Entered facility and was greeted by Chris and as well by the female cook. Customer service was 100% quality. The management there was also very delightful and nice. It started to be busy but they still were pleasant and nice to all customers. Will definitely come back.

Always as expected. Ordering on line a breeze. Pizza, pasta, and sandwiches alway cooked to perfection. And the staff on time, courteous and respectful. And don't forget the marbled brownies, yum.

Hands-down the best pizza place to go to they represent in dominoes to the fullest Chris on the register killing it showing us new deals and we also got the two pizza girls in the back I’m sorry I don’t know you guys names but this was the best pizza ever the wings were fresh saucy pizza nice and crusty cheesy Breadsticks n pasta plus the lava cake Made our family Sunday night one to remember I’ll come back for Shirley just for the team thanks again you guys

NEVER AGAIN! Already been waiting an hour and 30 mins. The app says my pizza was done 30 mins ago they said another 30 mins till my pizza gets here and I CANT go and pick it up the MANGER Michelle said l. So I paid 50$ for cold hour old pizza & a rude stuck up manger that has no sympathy for her workers mistakes. I will also be making a Yelp review I don’t know how this lady even got a job as manger and she’s lucky it was over the phone and not face to face! I’m definitely calling corporate in the morning too. Instead of her doing the right thing and remake my order she sent me my nasty old cold food that’s been sitting. By far the worst service and food EVER. Never dealing with this location again! They really should have just gave me my money back!

Let me begin with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.guy who answered the phone was either having a bad day or just doesnt like his job. Last time ordering from this place.

Not the best service tonight, I always order from here never had a problem untill now! Order chicken wings but I order around 9: 40pm my food is been in quality review since 9: 54pm it's 10: 30pm and still on quality review. It's not acceptable to be that long!

Hands Down! Domino's Pizza came thru during the Covid 19 epidemic this past year. They really have stepped up the menu and the customer service. Back in the day you would not catch me this eating this pizza. OMG! Pasta's and Pizza with the spinach cheese bread makes you want to slap somebody it's that good.

If you are looking for the worst domino's pizza in town this place is for you. Super greasy/wet pizzas. Dough still raw and not really good. Come and try it and experience it for yourself.

I like Domino's pizza overall, but the portion size of the pasta and their sandwiches are a little small. I can live with it though, but what really chafes my backside is their checkout process. I worked in food service for many years, so I always leave a tip, yet when I selected 15% the tip amount was the total PLUS the tax and their delivery charge. This just isn't done. The tip amount should only be on the food itself. Okay, so I add in the appropriate 15% and their system then notes that my tip is 11.63%. Well, no, it wasn't. It was the appropriate tip amount. Maybe Domino's should consider paying their delivery drivers more instead of trying to shame people into paying an amount that isn't even appropriate.

I originally left a five-star review, but now I wish I can leave zero Stars. I ordered the meatzza which is supposed to have all of the meats, and I added mushrooms, olives, onions, pineapples, and green peppers as you can see it's barely enough vegetables for one slice and it's just pepperoni and no meatzza. As you can clearly see from the pictures.

Mari did a great job assisting me food was great i don’t know the delivery driver but they where also great was awesome on time like they said they would be I have no complaints

The quality and flavors of this Domino's is very high. And extremely affordable. Will be ordering pizza from here more often.
