Domino's Pizza, Long Beach CA

The worst location I've ever ordered from by far. Terrible management and customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Pizza tastes good
But toppings are usually too few on pizza
Same with pastas too little meat on that Alfredo usually
Delivery time usually takes way too long unless you're lucky and it's not busy
Sometimes pizza looks rushed
A bit of cheese missing in some parts
Or a bit of toppings that you didn't order in you're pizza
Sometimes hear employees talking about some nonsense
Sometimes the kitchen where they make everything looks messy

I have a gift card with $11.88 on it and they refused to honor it. When I asked why, Ignacio the "cool guy manager" refused to answer and instead threatened to call the police. I have submitted a complaint about Ignacio to Domino's corporate so I don't expect him to be there much longer. I'll come back in a month or two to make sure Ignacio has been fired for incompetence.

I’ve been coming here for two years and get continues to get worse and worse. I always have to call the store and ask them to bring out my curbside delivery, if I have it delivered to the house it’s always late, and this last time they gave my order away to the car in front of me and now I have to wait for it to be remade. This is ridiculous. And I’ve watched people touch their hair, face and clothing while prepping the food so it’s not the best sanitary practices here. I hate to give a low rating but I’m fed up with this place. I’ll drive out of my way to the Willow location.

Today is horrible! I have never had issues with this domino's for the longest time.it took them 2 hours to deliver my food and staff were not very nice.i had to come over to the store only to receive alert that my food was on its way.they have an online special but one of their oven is broken.whose fault? I don't know, their management should take care of their staff being lambasted by customers unacceptable.

Always, always nice to have domino's! Saved me from cooking dinner tonight! Came before the 30 minute mark! Unbelievable! Until next time

Waited more than 1 hour for 2 pizzas. We literally heard one of the guys in the back say he erased the order, and 2 of the guys prepping the dough had to repeat the order for him. No apologies, not even an explanation was given. They just said "we'll let you know when you're order is ready"
Never again will we give our money to this place.

Horrible customer service I requested contact free delivery and the delivery man demanded my children to show proof of the card that was used to purchase the food after I already signed and tip electronically. I believe the delivery man put my children’s health at risk. How is this contact free?

They take forever to make your order. I waited more than an hour yesterday and they were arguing about the order that they erased. I heard the whole argument and that is very unprofessional.

Today i ordered a pizza. I pick it up and while i was paying i noticed the workers werent wearing gloves. Including the girl preparing the pizzas. We are in a pandemic and i was pretty disgusted and disappointed. There should be strict rules regarding hygene. Really? This is my nearest Dominos pizza. I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.

Pizzas are starting to taste like Cardboard Again. Really disappointed in them, I most likely will not order them again! EVER.
Couldn't finish the two I bought last night.
They were tasteless, and minimalistic, barley any ingredients 9 pieces of sausage, and a few mushrooms that I could see.
The same for the other!
Guess I will try a Different pizza place in the future!

Only have had good pizza they deliver fast foods just like I ordered never had a issue foods usually here in less than 30 minutes.

The meals and service were ahead of our expectations. We absolutely liked the ambience of this place. Fantastic restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

My order was completely wrong I asked for Hawaiian pizza and the put orégano chanching completely the flavor on my pizza my wings I ask for mango spicy habanero and they came in the regular ones Luisiana and and top on that my order was really late 15 minutes more than what they say

This spot is worth visiting. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Consistently neat and with awesome character. Highly recommended.
