Domino's Pizza, Buena Park CA

When I called after 2 hours waiting for my food to be delivered, I was told my food had already been made, but the driver was out making other deliveries. I clicked on "report issue" in the confirmation email I was sent to make a complaint, but it told me that I was too early and had to wait. So I waited. Then tried again. Then it said I was too late. So now i cannot "report issue". I used to order at least once a month. I doubt I will ever order from this Domino's again. Pizza should be delivered right after it's made, not warmed for two hours, then brought to me "hot and fresh".

Make sure on the Dominos app that the pick up is for the day and time you want. I arrived today and my order wasn’t ready. I was told it was placed for the next day. I showed my screenshot that confirmed otherwise.

This place messes up on the orders and they will only give store credit which is dumb because there is no use for that. We trusted this place and we specifically said the order 3 times but the guy at the cashier clearly didn't listen he didn't look like he knew what he was doing. I DO NOT recommended coming here and I would suggest to get your money's worth somewhere else like pizza hut or little Caesars because unlike dominos they are more professional and actually listen to customers orders. And the manager at the Buena park location was rude.we will definitely not be going there again after this unprofessional experience.

They also value their customers, always making sure that our needs are met & we are happy with the service.

This rude person stays on the phone with me for 5-10min and then tells me that i cant place your order when i was 1 min away to arrive and it hasnt been even 12am, very bad experience and bad customer service, hire people that have some brain to use!

Second time we do the order and when we go to pick it up
They said no order even we show them the phone call
And they don’t even apologize.
Really bad service

The pizzas were decent. There is an inconsistency in the pizza, crust radius, and toppings spread (in different orders).

️️I ordered 2 pizzas and topping were all present and carryout order customer service was great. ️️

They have seriously improved their pizzas, whenever we order they food is warm and the only things that are sometimes wrong is the napkins are forgotten I think that is more the delivery person rather than Dominos.

ORDERING FROM DOMINO'S via your ONLINE APP or via 1 of your employees BY PHONE are NEARLY impossible, because your Online App has technilogical issues recognizing your customer's CORRECT passwords thus they've got to phone in their order and wait now approx 20-40 mins just to place it.
DELIVERY TIME IS ATROCIOUS, SERIOUSLY, AND REALLY NEEDS TO BE SPEEDED UP. I MEAN, ON A SLOW NIGHT 50 MINS TO 1 HOUR OR LONGER FOR A DELIVERY THAT TAKES AT LEAST BY 2 OTHER NATIONAL PIZZA CHAIN DELIVERY PERSONS AT THE TOPS ON A VERY RAINY/SOAKY STREET 45 MINS? In addition, this one pizza chain lol ets you choose your type off cr it st with, what type of cheeses, toppings, amount of toppings, how you want your crust cooked, and the experience is fantastic both with the online or phone ordering of their food items. AND via this Pizza chain I found out I get rewards points faster as well as a whole lot better personal friendly customer service from their staff.

ISSUES ON APP, AND THE. AN

EXTREMELY LOO ONG WAIT TOME VIA PHONE JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER.

Placed an online order for delivery. After waiting an hour and seeing no updates to the delivery tracker I decided to just call the store and check in. Waited on the line for 25 minutes with no answer before deciding to just drive to the store. Continued to wait on hold with no answer for the whole drive and while I walked in to the lobby. Ringers on the store phones had been turned off as I did not hear ringing as I’m still connected via phone. I was not greeted by any staff members, and got a call from home that the delivery had arrived. The order contained 3 items. A pizza, a 2 liter, and one ranch cup, of which we were missing everything except the pizza, essentially receiving 1/3 of our order and having to wait for the rest to be brought back. I can’t remember a single time I’ve had a worse dominos experience, or anything even close to this bad

Horrible service! The manager Candy was not helpful AT ALL. The wait is forever, even says it in a sign at the store.

This place does not deserve a star rating. Worse service experience ever. Store refused to give me my order over a stupid mask. Got a cold pizza to top it off

I always order delivery from this location and it’s always been spot on. Never had a complaint. Food is always good. Keep up the good work!

I place and order and the employees here make me wait like 1 hr for my order cuz they think i was a homeless, i just get off work and i stop to this place on my wait home, i saw too many issues with customers in this place my order was almost$20.00 i never ever come back to this place
