Domino's Pizza, San Diego CA

This domino’s specifically really gives the best vibes. I didn’t even care if the pizza was good (For a budget priced chain pizza they do it well) but the overall attitudes at the place was what makes this store my new go to for a quick Friday pie. Cowabunga dudes!

I love this specific dominos due to the quality. The last time I went here however my pizza wasn’t hot like I was used to and lacking some cheese in areas but still good. The customer service is good. Just need to work on quality control a little more.

Went there to pick up my order at 11am. Door locked. Female employee ignored me.

Called in for a refund and got Chinese instead

Waste of gas. Avoid.

The staff are extremely friendly, but the pizza may as well be cardboard. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, but disliked it enough that I ended up throwing most of it away. The cheese was one of the main issues. Maybe it would have been better if consumed piping hot out of the oven?

Find some place local and you’ll get a better experience.

I am a vegetarian since I was born. I ordered a pizza with Jalapeno, onion and green bell pepper. But instead, I got one with pepperoni under the toppings which I couldn't even see as it were under the cheese. This is something I didn't expect from Domino's. On the box I read, we "Guarantee satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make right. " I would like to see how they will make this right. (will update if I receive any response from Domino's about this issue)

Update: Domino's offered me 2 free Pizzas at a specific location and asked me to drive more than 200 miles to get those. When I asked how is it fair, they asked me to call the Domino's location and that they will give me a refund my original order (refund they approved after 4-5 months). When I called the location I was told that they are unable to process the refund after 3 months, they can't do anything about it. What a disappointment!

I give it 5 stars for the cook Ciera. Always delicious food. Made perfectly. She needs a raise. And the delivery drivers are always very kind

This is the best domino's location I have ever been to, I have had so many memories going here with my friends and writing stupid stuff on the chalkboard, its the best pizza out of any dominos location too, and the staff are really nice 10/10

Don't order from here, they always lie about why your order is late, or why the order isn't correct. I gave this store three chances, the one time they got it ok, the second time my order was wrong, but we were hungry and ate it anyway, the third time they claimed they banged on my door and no one answered so they cancled my order! Mind you I called before 40 minutes before because it was already late, and the guy said driver just left with my order, I live a block away. Anyhow, my door wasn't closed, and I can see through the screen door when someone approaches the porch, plus they could have called or texted, which my number is available in my profile, but they did none of these. I will never order from this store again, they have zero integrity, and I could never trust how they prepare my food either. Order at your own risk here.

Can someone manage this store? They gave wrong pizza to me, as there is no control, there are few crew working there but no one was care about the customer. The other guy was waiting for 40 minutes to get his pizza

Great location and wonderful staff. I love picking up meals for my family from here & being greeted by a friendly face on the other side of the counter! Special shout out to Penny who gave me great customer service my last visit!

We came here as a family hungry for lunch and were happy to find a very friendly and helpful employee who seemed to be the only one there on 8/10/22. He deserves a raise! He took the time to help us find the best deal for what we were ordering, and then he made it all himself and it was perfectly topped and cooked! The tables were clean and it was a nice little dining room. Clean bathrooms. Great experience.

Spent 35 minutes ordering to be transferred to put my card info in to be hung up on. Then call the store ans manager caitlyn who took my order pretended to act like she didn’t have one for me. And hung up on me. I am so sick of this stores ability to not communicate with customs. As I order all the time. It’s ask an anything and they say idk. Lack of business but want us to pay 8-10 for 60-120 minute delivery

Bad and rude customer service and very bad pizza. Ordered extra cheese pizza, didn’t feel cheese felt only dry bread.

Killer deals with very quick prep/cook times! Always pleased with my food, and always pleased with the nice people there!

The pizzas are made in front if you. I always ask for less tomato on the base and get the thin crust. Always delicious.

Amazing! I ordered the bacon chicken ranch pizza and it was amazing! The guy behind the counter, Bennie, was super helpful and made sure everything was the way I wanted it! Definitely way better than Pizza Hut!
