Domino's Pizza, Escondido CA

Complete garbage. The employees were rude. I ordered a pizza at 7: 57 pm through the app. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer. I decided to go to the store and found out my order was just chilling there while the app said it was out for delivery for an hour and a half. I ask to get my food re made and the workers were upset. They made the excuse saying no one should believe what the app says. After arguing for a bit I decided to take my food. I get home and I was missing some items.
This store needs some help and training. I wish I could give a lower rating.

How is this place even open? ! Twice we have tried ordering for delivery and twice they took my order and charged me and never completed the order. If you call they don’t answer the phone EVER. I have to fill out customer service forms online in order to get a refund because I can’t even talk to an employee at the store. I will never use a Domino’s pizza again because of this dump.

Ordered delivery, items were missing, called store for a refund, "Jack" refused, so asked for a partial refund, and "Jack" hung up on me. Processing a chargeback with my bank now. Clearly no customer service training at this location. Save yourself from this kind of fraud and frustration and just order from the local Little Caesars or Round Table if you want cheap pizza delivered correctly.

Never received my pizza! And when I went in the store the doors was locked. Worst experience ever.

Order my pizza online at 8: 42pm and it's 10: 44 pm still hasn't arrived at all.at this point I'm off in bed sleeping already

Useless. They didn't resolve the issue and didn't even bother to notify my of the canceled order

Absolute worst dominos I have ever ordered from. Consistently understaffed and always behind schedule. Have waited over an hour multiple times only to come into the store and find that my order had not even been started yet.

For over a year this location has struggled with staffing. Especially drivers They've been polite but they can't handle the demand and often cancel orders or ignore them. Don't expect timely service. Phones aren't answered. We've been patient and loyal but tonight was the last order they'll receive from us. 2.5 hrs and a trip to the location to pick it up. Was told 25 minutes so we returned home. Still not here.

My daughter ordered a pizza to be delivered.

They said the pizza will be delivered in 30 minutes.
We where waiting for an hour and nothing,
Then she called again, then they told it was cooking.
After another hour I called them again, then they finally told me that my daughter’s order will be delivered about 1 hour later.
So the order never arrived even after 3 hrs.

I will never buy a pizza from this store anymore.
So it’s up to you!

The pizza is always fresh and magma fire. (super bomb, for those of you that don't know what magma fire is.

I could copy and paste almost all of these reviews. They even failed to deliver one of my free pizzas that i had earned in the app and was told i couldn't get the free pizza back when they canceled my order! That's just great. I was told i could call them another time to order it again. Somehow, i have no confidence that they kept track of that and counted on me forgetting about it. Last night, after more than two hours and having called twice, i was told "oops somehow your order got canceled. "

Terrible service.we placed an order around 10: 15 and at 11: 30 it was still being “prepared”. We called this location many times and they blatantly ignored the calls.once we finally connected with an employee they were extremely dismissive and rude.do NOT order from this location, their lack of customer service is appalling.

I waited 2 hours for my order.and canceled because the pizza was not ready.
I know not all Dominos take this long!

Pizza was way undercooked in the middle the dough was still stretchy, chicken wings were disgusting they were soggy and felt mushy for some reason terrible waste of money and time.

This place is horrible. Extremely racist. I walk in and they just look at me I said can I get some help they just ignore me and laugh. If your black do not go here or support this branch

If I could give zero stars I would I get people are short staffed but we have ordered and been called an hour after pizza was supposed to be here and then just waited 2hrs for a single pizza that came cold and sat on hold to talk to someone at store over 20 minutes and they never answered!

They canceled our order after over an hour. I tried Calling and no answer this if the worst place ever.do not order here

Literally had one person working. Ordered online for pick up and 30 min after I placed the order through the app my order wasn’t even in the oven yet. Great job Domino’s….

Two hour wait and once called second time order still did not leave store. I would
have appreciated it if there was any attempt of communication regarding how long it would take or a follow up but none of that happened. Will not order again from this location.
