Domino's Pizza, San Diego CA

Put good amounts of veggies on pizza. Other places put very little.

I really enjoyed the pizza.

The owner wanted to take my card in the back and I told him I wanted to keep an eye on it and I said nicely that I didn’t have a problem waiting. He rudely started yelling at me: this i my store I am the boss here and I say how it’s done.

Lol poor guy. I feel bad for all the people working for this guy.

Over 20 minutes on phone only to be hung up on! Called back 15 minutes no answer! I went to another pizza place! Stay away from this store! Read other reviews!

I ordered on the domino's app and tracked my order. Received a text that it was ready. When I walked into the store the women greeted me asking if I had a pickup and I replied yes, then she stated "no pickups were ready" which confused me when I was alerted via text it was. She did not even ask my name or order. She then left the front and I stood there waiting for 10 minutes till one of the men cooking came over and asked my name, he then stated that my order had been ready and pulled it off the shelf.so basically my pizza just sat there for 10 minutes and waisted my time. This was an awful customer service experience will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered the pizza on their app. At the end when I paid they had a progress bar so I could keep track of when it was made. I placed the order at 1: 30pm and by 1: 50pm they were at my apt. Had to be the fastest delivery I have had in my life and was good quality pizza.

I have been ordering Pizzas for over 5 yrs from this Store for my Son who lives in PBch!

He’s a little short on cash so help him out and his roommate!

The store is always polite and helpful they tell me the deals and save me money!

The pizza is very good for the price and we have never had a bad Pizza from this store!

I order it from Texas or sometimes on line!

In fact my wife and me are visiting tonight and looking forward to trying the Pizza!

Anyway just wanted the Store to know that I appreciate that they take good care of my Son and his Roommate with nice flavor-able pizza at a great price! I don’t do reviews I believe in their Business! I also own their stock as an investment!

Cant seem to catch a break with fast food lmao. I've ordered a few times from here and it's been edible. But I ordered a pizza with Pepperoni and Bacon, and got a cheese pizza with Jalapenos. So I called and was kind of curious if there was anything they could do about it, like maybe not mess up my order next time. And was pretty much told to screw off. My wife works at a domino's and anytime an order was messed up, usually they make it right by making sure it's actually what you order the next time around. Wasnt looking to get my order replaced, but simply made correctly. Rude employees, mediocre food at best.

Jonathan was so amazing! Everything was warm & he was super careful; he deserves employee of the month or something similar!

Ordered some pies so late I didn’t think they would come til the morning. Delivery guy upgraded my order, and got ‘em to me in less than 30. Noid avoided.

First, I ordered the cheese without the marinara! I tried to call the store and was on hold for 35 minutes and disconnected! Domino’s is not doing good

Order at 640pm driver got here at 9pm. No updates, wouldn't pick up the phone of buisness. Terrible customer service. I haven't given 1 star before but I would give them a ZERO if I could. The driver had a poor attitude and had ZERO customer skills. Terrible. Terrible!

I called Dominos to share that the driver was lost and I said I was watching the diver was lost on line. The answer from the male kid was "how are you watching the driver" I said the map online. His response "that is not watching the driver you are watching the computer". I asked for his name and he said I do not need his name and refused to provide his name. I cancelled my order due to his bad attitude. He is from Pacific Beach store and was working at 7: 15pm. Terrible service, must be new hire with out training as many are experiencing terrible untrained workers. The driver, Jessica was lost and the male kid that answered the phone is terrible at his job with a bad attitude. Please train your workers.

We love the their thin crust pizzas. The cheese Alfredo with spinach always turns out great. We usually get a regular cheese margarita style thin crust with the white pizza. My husband eats meat occasionally. He likes the regular pepperoni on the thin crust. Love their prices. Under $25 gets us 3 medium pizzas.

Very slow!

I understand people being understaffed but wow. Had to wait 21 minutes for a curbside pick up. Called 3x got hung up on 2 of the times and out on hold for 7 minutes. Had to ring the door bell and wait for someone to get my food. By the time I got all of the pizza and bread. It was cold and boxes were not even warm.

Last time I had an order at a dominos. Almost same thing happened but they stopped the clock so you would not get your free pizza. Had to go inside and my food was not even ready and had to wait for the food to be done!

Great service! Helped us at the end of the night right at closing. We were visiting from put of town and they saved us bigtime. We appreciate the great customer service!

Called again today & was helped by Melvin. He made sure my order was fixed & had a pizza delivered to me. Thanks for all your help, Melvin! Will be coming back here

Ordered 3 pan pizzas & delivery driver that dropped them off was very rude over the phone during the drop off.
When we opened the boxes, one of the pizzas didn't have the toppings I ordered, so I gave them a call.
Tried to speak to the manager right now but was told to hold for a little bit longer & my @ that point 2 minute phone call turned to being on hold for 10 more minutes.
Very poor experience here where it doesn't seem like the customer doesn't matter.

They kept me out even though I had the mask, and asked me to give my order through phone although I was just outside to pickup since I was travelling with my family and stopped on my way to get pizza. When I called, they asked me all my credit card number and details and risked my information. I will never buy from here, never from Domino’s.
