Domino's Pizza, Chula Vista CA

Bad customer service. Placed online order and arrived to pick up but door was locked. Waited patiently at pickup window for 2 employees that noticed me standing there waiting without making contact for service. I watched as they continued to work and prepare orders about 6 ft away, ignoring me and going to sit in the chair in the back of the store. After about 8 minutes of standing there I just left with out the pizza. Apparently they don't want business. I'm about done dealing with dominos in general. They definitely went down hill. Maybe I'll follow up with corporate with feed back.

Lovely location they make the best domino 's pizza very friendly no pressure about tips you if you want to. Friendly clean environment. Great staff as well.

If I could I would put zero stars I am a business owner and would not treat my customers like this where is customer service nasty pizza dry and burned never would buy from them again. The guy Julio says that he’s a manager was so Rude he wants me to take the pizza out of the trash so they can take it I gave him one box and he wanted the other one from the trash omg crazy

Went to order pizzas for a presentation at Noon for 20 people. I Was rudely received by an employee telling me the lobby was closed and I had to order online or over the phone. I walked back to my office and ordered online and was told pizzas would arrive by 11: 40 am. I began my presentation and pizzas had not arrived. I finished my presentation at 12: 40pm and pizzas finally arrived. When I asked what took so long the driver said "look at my car I had 10 deliveries ahead of you". This location has s my neighbor in Downtown CV and I will never do business with them again.

If I could give zero stars I would.
By far the absolutely worst service I have ever had.
They take forever with their deliveries and they tell you your order has been delivered and its never arrives.
Tried calling the store to find out what's going on and was on hold for over 30 Mins and still no answers.
Had to call in to order so I can get a person on the phone and not a machine.
The manager here at this location is by far the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He pretends to not hear you over the phone and just hangs up on you.
I don't recommend this store to anyone. If you can find another one do it.
Don't waste your time with this terrible place.
Will never order from here ever again!

I ordered their garden salad along with a medium Hawaiian, and a pepperoni and mushroom. Pizza was OK. Garden salad was terrible. About 85% of the lettuce was brown, parts of the cheddar cheese was gooey. Definitely never ordering a salad from there again.

**PLEASE OPEN YOUR LOBBY DOORS** they had me waiting like 5 min outside in a rainy day. My order was ready according to the app.

No good. I've had 3 bad experiences in a row. Barely any cheese, almost no sauce. Overcooked and dry. Also, I don't care for the locked doors and leaving customers in the rain to speak to you through a slot. What is this, an after-hours pawn shop?

Great if you're ordering one item, but they often make mistakes. Do not order delivery, just go pick it up. So you can check the items before you leave.

My experience at Domino's was really bad this time I've been going there for years and this young Mexican girl had really bad customer service didn't bother to look for my order properly and I got there I told her I called it in and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes I showed up 30 minutes later I even got the text from Domino's when I got there she looked in the computer and said I wasn't there and just took off and started to put the pizzas away and left me there ignore me I told her can you please look again let me show you the text that I got from Domino's and she didn't even bother to look and said you're not here but she wasn't even looking at the computer it's always really dissatisfied with the help that I got won't go there no more.

The FREE pizza you’re supposed to get for your next ‘delivered’ online order, is a joke, you have order an additional $20, plus delivery

Zero stars if it was possible. 100% theft here. Placed order, was notified it was ready for pickup. Showed up, no one was there. Knocked and waited. Called and was holding for almost 15 minutes. Still have not heard from anyone about a refund.

The girl who worked yesterday afternoon. Hispanic girl with long hair is the rudest person I have encountered. Rolling her eyes to customers and treating people poorly. It’s not other people’s fault you failed in your life and you work in customer service but since you chose to work in customer service you need to treat customers with respect you can’t walk away while customers are talking to you.remember we pay your wages you are a nobody

Pizza was burned and knowone would answer the phone at the store. Dominos now has off-site operators so they can't transfer you anyone or take any messages. We have been Dominos customers for over 20 years. This is the second bad experience that has now made me wonder if its time for a new pizza place. Paying alot for low quality service and product from this location.
